Garage door service isn't a daily occurrence and the broken spring hasn't happened in the 17 years we have lived at this house. We needed emergency service and didn't have a lot of time to do research, but I was impressed by the tutorial videos on the Precision website and took a chance. Derek showed up the next morning (a Saturday) and within 2 hours replaced all the broken parts and many other worn out parts as well. Rather than trying to upsell me on items I didn't need, they focused on what was broken and replaced the spring and related parts with a 10-year warranty included! Very satisfied client!!

We had a very positive experience with having our garage door repaired and serviced. The spring had broken and the cables came loose. In addition, we became aware of other problems with our 35 year old unit. The servicemen were able to come quickly and were responsive and helpful in explaining the issues and what would be involved in repair. They were courteous and competent in carrying out the repairs and demonstrated what was done when completed. They restored the unit and we now have an excellent warranty. Technician phoned, asked if he could come early, and I was happy to say yes. Inspected the system and provided an estimate for repair. When the repair was in progress, he discovered motor was not functioning properly. After explanation to me we decided to add a new motor. When the job was complete, a demonstration of the new system was given and explained. Professional! Efficient! Courteous! Pleasant!
