My installer was Wilson. He was fantastic. He was professional, timely and kind. He was knowledgeable about the product and informed me on maintenance needs. My only complaint about the whole process was with communication before the installation was scheduled.

I ordered my door through Home Depot and they set me up with Precision for the install. Completely satisfied and would definitely use again! Lee in Scheduling was a great help and they installed it two days after receiving; very prompt. Ramon was my installer and he was great! He was on time, processional and so friendly! The new door looks great and we are so thankful. 100% satisfied with Precision and their employees!

The tech that came install our new garage door controller said it would take about 1 hour and he correct. He was very efficient making sure we knew everything about the controller. The company has a good warranty also on it
