The quality of the product and workmanship were very good. The service man was courteous and on time. The job was finished within the estimated time (two hours). However, I feel that the price was very high. I wish I had shopped around before closing the purchase agreement rather than just saying to myself, "Just get it done." Also, there was one wire connection that was not capped. It sparked and then the unit had to be reprogrammed. It is working fine now. Also, the installer indicated that I could get a maximum of $200 off the price, but the invoice showed only $100 off. This is a minor thing, but considering the total price, it would have helped some.

Timeliness with getting out to my home. Appointment made for service next day(called on aSunday). Tech came out earlier than scheduled appointment. Both technicians very friendly and courteous. Explained thoroughly problems with system and offered 2 options to fix problem. Fixed very timely. Correspondence and communication throughout the entire job. Extremely pleased with service from Precision doors. Will definitely contact when future problems occur. Definitely would recommend to other potential clients.

There were a couple of things that concerned me. One was the fact that the springs used were smaller than what I had and that he had to install a third spring for the weight of the door. The other thing was the tech was very distracted by his phone. I watched from the camera and found he spent a lot of time on his phone or checking his phone. Distracted work can prove to be of poor quality. I have used your company several times with excellent results, because of excellent techs .I always felt confident in the work. This time I do not.

My installer was Wilson. He was fantastic. He was professional, timely and kind. He was knowledgeable about the product and informed me on maintenance needs. My only complaint about the whole process was with communication before the installation was scheduled.

I ordered my door through Home Depot and they set me up with Precision for the install. Completely satisfied and would definitely use again! Lee in Scheduling was a great help and they installed it two days after receiving; very prompt. Ramon was my installer and he was great! He was on time, processional and so friendly! The new door looks great and we are so thankful. 100% satisfied with Precision and their employees!
