I want to compliment your company for the hiring of the technician who made the evaluation and repairs to my garage door. Andrew was very professional and courteous to my every request. Whatever training you provided i would recommend no changes. For a young man to have just 6 months of experience indicates to me his attitude and desires are in the right place. You need to more like him. In addition, i must compliment the young man i spoke to on the phone. He did not display any animosity towards me when i called and found out no one was scheduled for my home after i communicated with someone over the weekend. I was not a happy person. He was able to rearrange a field technicians schedule to accommodate my problem. I truly appreciate their efforts. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Garage door service isn't a daily occurrence and the broken spring hasn't happened in the 17 years we have lived at this house. We needed emergency service and didn't have a lot of time to do research, but I was impressed by the tutorial videos on the Precision website and took a chance. Derek showed up the next morning (a Saturday) and within 2 hours replaced all the broken parts and many other worn out parts as well. Rather than trying to upsell me on items I didn't need, they focused on what was broken and replaced the spring and related parts with a 10-year warranty included! Very satisfied client!!

Caleb and Chris conducted inspection and went over my options and I decided to gut the system and replace it with new equipment. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional and completed the job in a few hours. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. Products purchased included springs, bearings, shaft, cable drums, torsion cable set, rollers, motor and belt, and remotes.
