The young man that came to my house to fix the garage door was a gentleman and he was very nice to me. He tried very hard to fix the door but as the door was very old he was unable to change the outdoor panel so we talked about replacing the garage in the future. He said that the door was not compatible with the newer outdoor panel so he was unable to repair it.

My repair will take place next week. Jacob and Bradley assessed my problems and were able to tell me exactly what was needed. They were able to get my door up so I could get my car out. I need quite a bit of work done on both my garage doors. The guys were very polite and professional. I look forward to seeing them next week for my repairs. Timeliness with getting out to my home. Appointment made for service next day(called on aSunday). Tech came out earlier than scheduled appointment. Both technicians very friendly and courteous. Explained thoroughly problems with system and offered 2 options to fix problem. Fixed very timely. Correspondence and communication throughout the entire job. The quality of the product and workmanship were very good. The service man was courteous and on time. The job was finished within the estimated time (two hours). However, I feel that the price was very high. I wish I had shopped around before closing the purchase agreement rather than just saying to myself, "Just get it done." Also, there was one wire connection that was not capped. It sparked and then the unit had to be reprogrammed. It is working fine now. Also, the installer indicated that I could get a maximum of $200 off the price, but the invoice showed only $100 off. This is a minor thing, but considering the total price, it would have helped some.
