Thank you for prompt respond checking the opener. This garage door opener is just over one year old and the remote plus the key pad don't work. I was hoping that this is just a simple programing, but was told that the board is bad. I don't understand why the board should go bad specially for this device. We don't use the remotes and key pad that much. It is really disappointing that now I have to pay for a board. I will find out the manufacturer contact info and will send them a complaint about this product. I will also make sure that others know about this product. As for Precision, they should either change product and do not use low quality systems or service it and inform the manufacturer.

I called to get a quote for three things. One was replace my springs, one had broken. Two, was to replace my 10’ x 7’ front door and three, to replace my 8’x7’ rear door. Precision’s technician Kendall is not only very knowledgeable and thorough in his careful assessment, he is most professional and personable in his communication about what he assesses and his recommendations for addressing the identified problems. My only regret about this whole interaction with Precision Doors is that Kendall is from another in-state office and not from the NOLA office, so he won’t be the one actually doing the repair and replacement work I need done.
