Kristian Stewart was extremely helpful. He explained thoroughly the possible causes for the garage door problem of stopping and sticking. Even though the door worked flawlessly—isn’t that always the case—when he was here, Kristan’s diagnosis of potential causes made complete sense. He also reviewed the possible fixes and the relative prices. He emailed these options to us for our consideration. I would definitely use Precision in the future and would definitely ask for Kristian, as he was clearly knowledgeable and experienced but without pressuring. A very good experience!

Chose Precision Door this morning to repair our garage door. Backed car into it and knocked it off the rails. Called made appointment and technician arrived within 2 hours. Door was repaired in an hour and invoice was reasonable . I recommend using Precision Door for any garage door repair.

My neighbors recommended Precision, and I'm glad I finally went through with it! Getting a garage door opener was a task I've been putting off for months. From start to end, they made it so easy to get a garage door opener, even when I wasn't sure what I needed. They also offer financing, so keep an eye out if you can get 0% interest for a certain number of months. Complete worth it, in my opinion. Rod's team came by promptly, showed me my options, and patiently waited for me to unfreeze my credit after I selected the type of garage door opener I wanted. With a lifetime guarantee for some of the devices, I find it's quite worth it. They stuck around to answer my questions and ensure everything was working, along with maintenance I should consider doing. Should've done it sooner...but I'm glad I did it now. Thank you all so much for a great experience.

Very professional and polite/helpful technician. The keypad installed does not work/communicate with new motor replaced during service work. I was surprised the door wasn't freshly greased during the service visit, considering the cost. Service Date (10/16 or 10/17 ?)

Not satisfied with the service. The garage door opener was working manually. The problem was that it was not responding properly to the remote devices . While troubleshooting the door opener became jam against the door. The motor would no longer respond to manual inputs. The brake release on the chain also became jammed. Now, I needed a new door. The technicians did a good job installing the new door.
