Tech came out to troubleshoot, did a thorough job, spoke with wife, and relayed issues. She paid half to start repairs. Said they’d be back same day between 12-2.. no show.. called the given number, naturally no answer. Got a corporate lackey who apologized, and said a local manager would be calling with details before end of day.. nothing. So far, we have paid for half of something? no quote or emails have been sent, no idea what the actual problem is, cause no one has responded.. emails are everywhere, everyday, they even sent one to confirm appointment, but no emailed quote detailing repairs or part lists for ours is included apparently.. This is bush league.. look elsewhere for your needs

Thank you for prompt respond checking the opener. This garage door opener is just over one year old and the remote plus the key pad don't work. I was hoping that this is just a simple programing, but was told that the board is bad. I don't understand why the board should go bad specially for this device. We don't use the remotes and key pad that much. It is really disappointing that now I have to pay for a board. I will find out the manufacturer contact info and will send them a complaint about this product. I will also make sure that others know about this product. As for Precision, they should either change product and do not use low quality systems or service it and inform the manufacturer.

I called to get a quote for three things. One was replace my springs, one had broken. Two, was to replace my 10’ x 7’ front door and three, to replace my 8’x7’ rear door.
