The company installed garage doors at my daughters house and she was very happy with them. I liked hers so much that is I called your company to do mine.
I had previously had problems with the door opener , it simply didn't last!
So when she told me yours has a life time warranty, I was super excited and knew I wanted ya'll to do mine!
The technician was the best also. He knew exactly what he was doing and a very pleasant young man.

This was the 3rd time I had to call someone out for the same issue. Your tech’s are always friendly and courteous. I’ve met 4 different ones. I give them all 5 stars. As far as the opener goes I’m still waiting to grade it, pending results of last service call.
I’m hoping this third visit has corrected the problem. If not I’ll let y’all know. If so, you need to replace the unit as I need a reliable garage door opener. Regards.

Precision Garage Door’s website is the reason I called them. I was able to get the necessary information regarding my problem. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. I was certainly impressed that I could get them to come out the day before Thanksgivings. They told me when to expect the gentlemen and that they would call prior to the appointment time. Michael and Terry were very professional and courtesy. They introduced themselves with a handshake. They were able to evaluate the problem immediately. They informed us of what was wrong and what the cost would be to fix the problem. My husband and I agreed with the work that needed to be done. They were able to correct the problem and we were delighted. We definitely would recommend Precision Door for repairs.

Michael and Terry were very polite, friendly and professional. Michael worked with me when I had to reschedule. They called to let me know they were en route and arrived on time. They introduced themselves with a handshake and went right to work. Michael asked what my problem was and provided additional assistance by assessing other problems and explained the benefits of replacing those parts. I trusted Micheal approved the additional services. After the job was complete, Micheal showed me the old part and the new part which gave me a better ideal of the improvements made to my door. Terry took the time to test the door until it was perfect and he also explained to me how to work my panel. Although I didn't plan to spend more, I feel the additional service was needed and I would definitely hire them again.
