He did not display any animosity towards me when i called and found out no one was scheduled for my home after i communicated with someone over the weekend. I was not a happy person. This was the 3rd time I had to call someone out for the same issue. Your tech’s are always friendly and courteous. I’ve met 4 different ones. I give them all 5 stars. As far as the opener goes I’m still waiting to grade it, pending results of last service call. I’m hoping this third visit has corrected the problem. If not I’ll let y’all know.
