I was told on the phone the service call would be $49 and I’d be contacted with an appointment time. A lady called that morning and told me they could not come until 4-6pm. I told her my business closed at 5pm, she said she would call back around noon and update me, she never called back. Two techs showed up at 4:15pm and told me there had been a mistake and the service call would be over $200.00. I thanked them and sent them on their way. Pitiful communication at best, bait and switch at worst. Either way, not a good experience. I’m in business, if I make a mistake I own it, I don’t put it on my customer.

The service technicians Ricardo and Gregory arrive promptly. The technicians thoroughly explained why our garage door would not open, then explained what repairs or replacements were necessary to insure the door was operational again. I like the idea that we were given good, better, best options. When the work was completed Ricardo and Gregory walked me through all they had done. I was given safety and operating instructions and owner manuals. Both technicians were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.
