Mr. Zelaya is a New Orleans Saints fan that loves a good seafood boil on the weekends. On Sundays, Ricardo can be found cheering for the Saints on game days or doing some landscaping on his yard. Ricardo is a family man that enjoys having cookouts with his 6 kids whom he is thankful for.

I was told on the phone the service call would be $49 and I’d be contacted with an appointment time. A lady called that morning and told me they could not come until 4-6pm. I told her my business closed at 5pm, she said she would call back around noon and update me, she never called back. Two techs showed up at 4:15pm and told me there had been a mistake and the service call would be over $200.00. I thanked them and sent them on their way. Pitiful communication at best, bait and switch at worst. Either way, not a good experience. I’m in business, if I make a mistake I own it, I don’t put it on my customer.

The technicians thoroughly explained why our garage door would not open, then explained what repairs or replacements were necessary to insure the door was operational again. I like the idea that we were given good, better, best options. When the work was completed Ricardo and Gregory walked me through all they had done. I was given safety and operating instructions and owner manuals. Both technicians were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

The service technicians, Tony and Ricardo, were professional in their manner of setting up to dismantle the old garage doors & opener and the install of the new equipment. With all houses in Southern Louisiana, there was a settling of the foundation on one side and Tony explained the issue and he was able to overcome the challenge of having the door completely close. Tony explained the routine maintenance of lubricating the moving joints every 6 to 8 months. The doors are extremely quiet to operate in addition to being esthetically attractive to the exterior of my home. They did an outstanding job and would highly recommend Precision Door Services to family, friends, and neighbors.
