The technician, Gregory Dean, was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He thoroughly explained the repairs needed and also provided an explanation of the condition of our garage door. He pointed out that the door was showing signs of age related damage and even with the needed repairs could break in the near future.

A spring broke on my garage door on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision Door on Monday morning to schedule repair. The technician arrived at my home at 9:30 AM and completed the repair work by 11:00 AM. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Michael and Troy were both professional and courteous. They arrived on time, assessed the complaint and recommended the appropriate service. I thought based on the incident that occurred with the garage door l had a broken spring instead adter the technician examined the door he informed me that the door needed to be adjusted and tuned up everything was in working order. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend and utilize Precision Doors again.
