I want to compliment your company for the hiring of the technician who made the evaluation and repairs to my garage door. Andrew was very professional and courteous to my every request. Whatever training you provided i would recommend no changes. For a young man to have just 6 months of experience indicates to me his attitude and desires are in the right place. You need to more like him. In addition, i must compliment the young man i spoke to on the phone. He did not display any animosity towards me when i called and found out no one was scheduled for my home after i communicated with someone over the weekend. I was not a happy person. He was able to rearrange a field technicians schedule to accommodate my problem. I truly appreciate their efforts. I would recommend your company to anyone.

My neighbors recommended Precision, and I'm glad I finally went through with it! Getting a garage door opener was a task I've been putting off for months. From start to end, they made it so easy to get a garage door opener, even when I wasn't sure what I needed. They also offer financing, so keep an eye out if you can get 0% interest for a certain number of months. Complete worth it, in my opinion. Rod's team came by promptly, showed me my options, and patiently waited for me to unfreeze my credit after I selected the type of garage door opener I wanted. With a lifetime guarantee for some of the devices, I find it's quite worth it. They stuck around to answer my questions and ensure everything was working, along with maintenance I should consider doing. Should've done it sooner...but I'm glad I did it now. Thank you all so much for a great experience.
