Andrew performed a safety check on my garage door and was diligent with his inspection. He made suggestions of necessary repairs that should be performed to maintain the garage door. He notified me when he was on his way to my home, arrived promptly, and was very personable and considerate. I felt that he was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Andrew made me feel confident in his appraisal of my garage door. I feel that Andrew is an excellent representative of your business!

Thank you for prompt respond checking the opener. This garage door opener is just over one year old and the remote plus the key pad don't work. I was hoping that this is just a simple programing, but was told that the board is bad. I don't understand why the board should go bad specially for this device. We don't use the remotes and key pad that much. It is really disappointing that now I have to pay for a board. I will find out the manufacturer contact info and will send them a complaint about this product. I will also make sure that others know about this product. As for Precision, they should either change product and do not use low quality systems or service it and inform the manufacturer.
