The service technician was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and gave me the option of three estimates for repairs needed. Payment options were also available and very reasonable. Appointments were quickly scheduled with one phone call, with very little wait time.

I was told on the phone the service call would be $49 and I’d be contacted with an appointment time. A lady called that morning and told me they could not come until 4-6pm. I told her my business closed at 5pm, she said she would call back around noon and update me, she never called back. Two techs showed up at 4:15pm and told me there had been a mistake and the service call would be over $200.00. I thanked them and sent them on their way. Pitiful communication at best, bait and switch at worst. Either way, not a good experience. I’m in business, if I make a mistake I own it, I don’t put it on my customer.

Fantastic service! I called this morning because my door wasn't opening. A service appt. was scheduled for this afternoon. Received a follow up call with conformation of appt. time between 4 and 6. Techs text they were on their way at 4. Fixed my door, in a over 100 degree garage. Were very professional and courteous!

My appointment was scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00 It was 5:04 when I received a call saying the estimator could be here in about 15 minutes. After he was finished calculating the estimates. He had nothing to hand to me. He said if I wanted it on paper he would have to mail it to me. The only other way was email. NOT everyone has email or if they do they may not want to give it out. He then asked me to sign a box on his phone. I asked what it was. He said I agree that the estimate would be emailed but in my case mailed to me. All I saw on the screen was a blank box. I refused to sign something where I could not first read what I was signing. I will never do business with Precision and I will spread the word that they are unreliable (over an hour late from the latest time the appointment was for) and they want you to blindly sign documents.
