The service technicians Ricardo and Gregory arrive promptly. The technicians thoroughly explained why our garage door would not open, then explained what repairs or replacements were necessary to insure the door was operational again. I like the idea that we were given good, better, best options. When the work was completed Ricardo and Gregory walked me through all they had done. I was given safety and operating instructions and owner manuals. Both technicians were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

had to wait 2 months for the door, but I have to say after the install it was worth the wait, looks great, smooth opening and closing, techs were super nice and very knowledgeable. di a fantastic job. I would recommend them.
