I needed to have my door repaired. It opens on its own but you have hold the button to close it. This is do to the beam sensor I damaged. The techs only repair option was to replace the whole door opener……. I feel I was fleeced for a service call!

Technician was good - fixed the problem quickly. However, I thought the cost was very inflated. I needed a new belt for my garage door opener and paid enough to buy a new unit! The upselling by the tech was laughable. Won’t use them again.

The technician was highly skilled, polite and worked very quickly. Its been several days and the repaired door (and the tuned-up other door) is working smoothly and reliably.
