I received same day service. The techs were in uniform, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a problem with the garage door opener. They determined that the problem was a spider web interfering with the safety sensor. They oiled the rails on the opener and the brackets on the door. Best of all, didn't charge me! Since my unit was more than 10 years old, they did provide three different proposals on upgrading my system, if I'd like. No pressured sales pitch. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I was looking for a company to do garage door repairs and I found precision after I search Google. I was impressed by the other reviews that I read so I calmed and set an appointment for May 7, 2022 between 2 and 4 PM. when the appointment time came and I had not heard from anyone I called the office at 4:50 PM. I spoke to a young man because I wanted to verify that the appointment was not canceled or changed, he confirmed that the appointment was not cancelled and he would reach out to the technician and I was asked to hold. when he returned the phone he said he did not get an answer from the technician after calling twice so he left a message and that he was probably tied up on the previous job but he would get back in touch with me. Well I did not hear back from ANYONE from this company. I was not given the option of “other”on this rating because I had no services performed and I was very disappointed. Repair door is the service I was requesting.

The wait time for an appointment was longer than I hoped for and they were late to actual appointment , as well; however, in their defense, it’s understandable. Hurricane Ida aftermath has increased demand, there are staffing shortages, Covid, etc. So, I understand. Once Jacob and his partner arrived, they went right to work. Their demeanor was very professional, kind, approachable, trusting… Communication was clear and thorough,… I ended up choosing a higher package, though I wanted the lowest package initially. I trusted Jacob!!! He seemed very knowledgeable and believed in the product. I purchased a new garage opener and new rollers. If I overspent…it was worth it. Great customer service is really hard to find these days so when it’s present, it’s refreshing. After install, Jacob walked me through every step. I’m very excited to have an upgraded garage system installed.

From the start, the rep who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was very professional and friendly. She understood the urgency of our need and fit us into the schedule the same night. She said the tech would call when onhis way and he did just that. Max called and was very professional! He arrived a few minutes before he said he would and was courteous and professional throughout. He went over my options and gave me suggestions on what to do. He then completed the work in a reasonable time and got it fixed in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision Doors and Max to anyone I know! Another tidbit, I called Overhead Doors before Precision and they were not open at 4:30 so I got an answering service. She took my info and said someone would call me. Well, I still haven’t gotten a call from that company while Precision has already fixed my door! Thank you Max and Precision for your service!
