We had to get a new keypad for our garage door and also had to have our cars synced to the automatic garage opener. Plus one car needed to have WiFi units installed in the garage to sync. I received same day service. The techs were in uniform, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a problem with the garage door opener. They determined that the problem was a spider web interfering with the safety sensor. They oiled the rails on the opener and the brackets on the door. Best of all, didn't charge me! Since my unit was more than 10 years old, they did provide three different proposals on upgrading my system, if I'd like. No pressured sales pitch. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
