I was in awe of the service provided by Precision Door Service New Orleans. Precision was the second company I called after the first company I called did not respond with a call back as promised. I am thrilled that that company blew me off. The technician, Ricardo Zelaya, was on time and walked me through every step of what needed to be done to put my garage door back in service. He was courteous, professional, and very polite. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is searching for timely, professional, and courteous service.

We tried for 4 months to get the original installer of our automatic gate opener repaired (under warranty!) until we finally gave up. The original installer gutted the control box so we were not hopeful that we'd get a functional gate opener anytime soon. We called Precision in the morning and by 2pm the same day, a team showed up and had ALL the parts needed to fix the gate. This was a 6 STAR job, we are very pleased and will only call Precision from now on. Thanks!
