Derek came out to give me an estimate on replacing my current garage door and installing a garage door opener. He was timely, professional and very informative. Derek explained the different options I had to choose from (style of door, color, glass windows, hardware and colors) and answered all of my questions. He also assisted me with my color selection and let me know the things I would need to have done prior to installation of my new door and opener. I truly appreciated the text Precision sent me letting me know Derek was on his way and included a picture of him. As a single woman I truly appreciated this and wish more companies would do the same.

I'v been in the service industry for over 40 years. From auto repair to plumbing to owning a security alarm company, and have always repaired most things myself. But at the age of 66, replacing my broken overhead door torsion springs, was more than I was willing to tackle. I googled overhead door repair and came upon an ad for Precision Door Service, and gave them a call. Even though they were busy, due to the fact they had been shut down a couple of days because of Hurricane Barry, they said they could squeeze me in at the end of the day. I got a call from the tech saying he was finishing up on the job he was on and that I was next on his list. A short time later I got a text saying he was on his way. When the workers arrived, one being Michael Helwig the manager of the company, he inspected the problem and gave me a quote with different options for solving the problem. I had googled what I should expect to pay for these services, having an idea of what I though would be a fair price, and was pleased with the price I was quoted. Michael was very courteous and professional at all times. He and his assistant repairs the problem in less that an hour to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repairs.

My garage door broke on a Sunday. I called and immediately was talking to someone. By 1:00 on Monday by door was repaired. Evan was on time and I felt very comfortable with his assessment and his ability to fix. Within an hour my door was operational. I highly recommend Precision for your door repairs.

Max shows up on time. Look at the job and gave an explanation of the damage and the repair procedure. After that offer me a price of the job and maintenance. Price was fair so I accepted the job. I'm glad that I called Precision doors. Door was repaired in a good time; do not need to wait for parts. Max is very professional and knows his job pretty good. Company is a very professional as well. Always keeps in touch in all the process and send me the information of Max before he arrives. Nothing else to expect. Very happy with this service.

My name is Melvin and I had been calling 2 companies for weeks about coming check out my garage door because it was dropping down too hard. One of the companies would have come the next day and I would have had to take off from work, and another company said that they didn't know when they would be in our area, but they would give me a call when they did. It could have been days, weeks or even a month. I said to my self that there got to be someone with better customer service out there and I saw Precision Door and gave them a call. I couldn't believe it when the lady told me that they would be there between 4 and 6pm the same day. other people couldn't come the same week and Precision came the same day I called. My daughter had went to work and took the key for her car and I thought mannnnnnn, they may not be able to fix my door since I couldn't get this car backed out, but my technician was so good he said it won't be a problem. He accessed the door situation and within a couple of seconds he knew what to do and had my door repaired in minutes. My grade for Precision and my technician Steven is 5 star. Great job. I'd recommend you anytime.

From the start, the rep who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was very professional and friendly. She understood the urgency of our need and fit us into the schedule the same night. She said the tech would call when onhis way and he did just that. Max called and was very professional! He arrived a few minutes before he said he would and was courteous and professional throughout. He went over my options and gave me suggestions on what to do. He then completed the work in a reasonable time and got it fixed in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision Doors and Max to anyone I know! Another tidbit, I called Overhead Doors before Precision and they were not open at 4:30 so I got an answering service. She took my info and said someone would call me. Well, I still haven’t gotten a call from that company while Precision has already fixed my door! Thank you Max and Precision for your service!

The tech arrived at the promise time frame, which says a lot about how much you care for potential customers. He inspected the door and gave me three estimates, he then allowed me to choose which one I preferred, once that was done he went ahead and performed the necessary repairs. I had two items done, replace the door cables and install a new garage door opener. My garage is a single car garage. Jonah was my service technician. He did an excellent job, very professional and pleasant. I had the Ultra 900 opener installed, it's worth the cost, very quiet, and nice features. My garage door opener installation was unique, as the space between the top of the door, with the door in the fully down position, and the garage ceiling was approximately 12 inches. Jonah was able to address the unique constraint and successfully install the door opener. Kudos for his excellent work! I highly recommend Precision Door Service New Orleans.
