I was looking for a company to do garage door repairs and I found precision after I search Google. I was impressed by the other reviews that I read so I calmed and set an appointment for May 7, 2022 between 2 and 4 PM. when the appointment time came and I had not heard from anyone I called the office at 4:50 PM. I spoke to a young man because I wanted to verify that the appointment was not canceled or changed, he confirmed that the appointment was not cancelled and he would reach out to the technician and I was asked to hold. when he returned the phone he said he did not get an answer from the technician after calling twice so he left a message and that he was probably tied up on the previous job but he would get back in touch with me. Well I did not hear back from ANYONE from this company. I was not given the option of “other”on this rating because I had no services performed and I was very disappointed. Repair door is the service I was requesting.

A month late on the installation! Did not come to job site with all The Materials needed To complete the job Had to schedule time for them to come back and finish the job! On a brighter note the installer team Jonathan Windsor was exceptional in their knowledge and was very fast in what the did!

The wait time for an appointment was longer than I hoped for and they were late to actual appointment , as well; however, in their defense, it’s understandable. Hurricane Ida aftermath has increased demand, there are staffing shortages, Covid, etc. So, I understand. Once Jacob and his partner arrived, they went right to work. Their demeanor was very professional, kind, approachable, trusting… Communication was clear and thorough,… I ended up choosing a higher package, though I wanted the lowest package initially. I trusted Jacob!!! He seemed very knowledgeable and believed in the product. I purchased a new garage opener and new rollers. If I overspent…it was worth it. Great customer service is really hard to find these days so when it’s present, it’s refreshing. After install, Jacob walked me through every step. I’m very excited to have an upgraded garage system installed.

Will never do business with a company that takes advantage of a hurricane to triple the price of their garage doors from a year ago. Terrible business practices!

Excellent responsiveness and quality Within 24 hours of calling Precision, I had a repaired garage door with new motor. Precision answered my call late afternoon and had an appointment the following day. To y arrived early, accurately diagnosed the problem, provided multiple alternatives and ultimately replaced the motor and belt I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Precision Door. I had two items done, replace the door cables and install a new garage door opener. My garage is a single car garage. Jonah was my service technician. He did an excellent job, very professional and pleasant. I had the Ultra 900 opener installed, it's worth the cost, very quiet, and nice features. My garage door opener installation was unique, as the space between the top of the door, with the door in the fully down position, and the garage ceiling was approximately 12 inches. Jonah was able to address the unique constraint and successfully install the door opener. Kudos for his excellent work! I highly recommend Precision Door Service New Orleans.

Derek came out to give me an estimate on replacing my current garage door and installing a garage door opener. He was timely, professional and very informative. Derek explained the different options I had to choose from (style of door, color, glass windows, hardware and colors) and answered all of my questions. He also assisted me with my color selection and let me know the things I would need to have done prior to installation of my new door and opener. I truly appreciated the text Precision sent me letting me know Derek was on his way and included a picture of him. As a single woman I truly appreciated this and wish more companies would do the same.
