From the start, the rep who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was very professional and friendly. She understood the urgency of our need and fit us into the schedule the same night. She said the tech would call when onhis way and he did just that. Max called and was very professional! He arrived a few minutes before he said he would and was courteous and professional throughout. He went over my options and gave me suggestions on what to do. He then completed the work in a reasonable time and got it fixed in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision Doors and Max to anyone I know! Another tidbit, I called Overhead Doors before Precision and they were not open at 4:30 so I got an answering service. She took my info and said someone would call me. Well, I still haven’t gotten a call from that company while Precision has already fixed my door! Thank you Max and Precision for your service!

The tech arrived at the promise time frame, which says a lot about how much you care for potential customers. He inspected the door and gave me three estimates, he then allowed me to choose which one I preferred, once that was done he went ahead and performed the necessary repairs. My door is almost as quiet as a mouse, I'm completely satisfied, a job well done!

After having precision come repair my garage door, I now see why they have such great reviews already. Mike was my repair tech, and he was very knowledgeable and performed the repair quickly after giving me a few estimates. I chose the one I wanted and that was that. I can't recommend this company enough.

I was very impressed with one man replacing two garage door openers from start to finish in a few hours. He made sure I understood how everything worked.
