Right now it is hard to truly review your company as my install is incomplete. Why I chose Precision Doors, when I needed repairs your technician responded quickly and I was able to use my door again, he also answered my questions about getting a new door. Project incomplete is due to sizing panels to fit my opening, I hope that it isn't too long as this door less my security of my home. However the technicians that were here to do the installation was top notch, they explained the difficulties and reasons why they would unable to complete installation. So they get an outstanding rating for their professionalism. Hopefully your company can get this most needed panel and I can get the project completed very soon .

Precision Door Service installed 3 garage doors at my business yesterday and I couldn't be happier! They arrived on the day that was scheduled, and at the time that was scheduled. They came in looking very professional and let me know that they were beginning. These two installers worked all day (in the hot sun) and took down the old doors and installed the new. When complete, they looked at them with us to make sure we were satisfied - and we were! I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done by this company and would definitely use them again!

My garage door malfunctioned after 12 years of service. I looked up repair companies and Precision looked the best and is a BBB member. One quick call and an appointment convenient to me was scheduled. The morning of appt. they called, told me what tech was coming , then texted his picture. In the promised time they were here and totally inspected my door and opener. Then diagnosed the problem. After offering me three solutions- good, better, and best , I made a choice and the techs went to get the part from the warehouse. They stock many parts on the truck but did not have the belt and assembly needed on the truck. As promised they were back within an hour with everything they needed. About a half hour later the job was complete, parts installed, adjustments made and operation tested. They then reviewed what had been done and charged me the agreed upon price. Quick repair, easy to deal with, great communications and great service technicians that got the job done. That’s the way to earn customers and referrals. I highly recommend this company. I was very pleased with the repair service on my garage door. The technicians were super friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions, and explained every step of the repair before it was done. They did the repair in a timely manner, and made sure it was done to my satisfaction before they left. I also find the prices very competitive. I will be calling them again when I am ready to replace my current garage door. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the quick response. My technician Dave was excellent, on time very professional, diagnosed the problems with both of my garage doors in a short time. Presented several options for repair, I chose the best option for me at the time, then Dave changed out the spring and several track rollers in a few minutes to get that door back working. The other door required a new motor, spring, track rollers chain guide no problem for Dave. Great job I would highly recommend precision door for your next repair or new installation,
