I called and was quoted around $400 to fix an issue with my springs and the door not closing correctly. A tech arrived, did an inspection, and proceeded to quote me $1600 for a state of the art spring system....and of course collected a $50 service charge for coming out when I said no thanks and sent him on his way. I'm not sure why these companies advertise REPAIR service when all they seem to be able to do is REPLACE with new. (My home is only 10 years old and all the equipment installed was brand new.)

The quality of the product and workmanship were very good. The service man was courteous and on time. The job was finished within the estimated time (two hours). However, I feel that the price was very high. I wish I had shopped around before closing the purchase agreement rather than just saying to myself, "Just get it done." Also, there was one wire connection that was not capped. It sparked and then the unit had to be reprogrammed. It is working fine now. Also, the installer indicated that I could get a maximum of $200 off the price, but the invoice showed only $100 off. This is a minor thing, but considering the total price, it would have helped some.

Timeliness with getting out to my home. Appointment made for service next day(called on aSunday). Tech came out earlier than scheduled appointment. Both technicians very friendly and courteous. Explained thoroughly problems with system and offered 2 options to fix problem. Fixed very timely. Correspondence and communication throughout the entire job. There were a couple of things that concerned me. One was the fact that the springs used were smaller than what I had and that he had to install a third spring for the weight of the door. The other thing was the tech was very distracted by his phone. I watched from the camera and found he spent a lot of time on his phone or checking his phone. Distracted work can prove to be of poor quality. I have used your company several times with excellent results, because of excellent techs .I always felt confident in the work. This time I do not.

I called at 11AM this morning to schedule an appointment. Was told that technician would be here this afternoon. Received an email from company when tech was on his way, and a call from technician. Technician had everything I needed for repair on his truck. Finished repairs in an hour. I would highly recommend using Precision!

Very knowledgable, very professional! We had a major problem that was discovered upon inspection! Technecian consulted with his boss to determine correct course of action the proceeded to fix our problem! Our home is 10 years old door sounds brand new!! Supprise, a person answered the phone. I called on a Saturday and not only they were open I was also able to get an appointment the same day. Brad was great. He gave me options on repairs and once I made a decision he was done with 30-45 min. he handled himself very professionally. I would use Predision again.
