Derek was on time and very friendly. Inspected our old(37 year old) Sears opener and recommended a new motor. He went over various options and we decided to replace the motor. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the installation.

Derek, our tech, did a great job at bringing my door back to life in a very timely manner. That is much appreciated. Gave me multiple options to choose from which was helpful. Very nice young man that represents your company well.

Derek arrived on time and went over the estimate to replace a broken spring. He was polite and very knowledgeable. The job was completed to our satisfaction. We appreciate that this was completed after calling that morning, especially being a Saturday.

Garage door service isn't a daily occurrence and the broken spring hasn't happened in the 17 years we have lived at this house. We needed emergency service and didn't have a lot of time to do research, but I was impressed by the tutorial videos on the Precision website and took a chance. Derek showed up the next morning (a Saturday) and within 2 hours replaced all the broken parts and many other worn out parts as well. Rather than trying to upsell me on items I didn't need, they focused on what was broken and replaced the spring and related parts with a 10-year warranty included! Very satisfied client!!

Door rail disconnected unexpectedly from ceiling on a Friday night. Went online on Saturday and made appointment for Precision repair on Monday. My tech (Derek) assessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. I’m recommending Precision / Derek to all my neighbors. Prompt, courteous and reasonable cost.

The service was beyond my expectation. Showed up in time, which seems to be a problem with a lot of service companies. The technician, Derek Moses, was very courteous and professional, explaining exactly what needed to be done. Completed the job in the time he said. Will definitely continue to use Precision Door Services and will pass them off to my friends.
