Garage door service isn't a daily occurrence and the broken spring hasn't happened in the 17 years we have lived at this house. We needed emergency service and didn't have a lot of time to do research, but I was impressed by the tutorial videos on the Precision website and took a chance. Derek showed up the next morning (a Saturday) and within 2 hours replaced all the broken parts and many other worn out parts as well. Rather than trying to upsell me on items I didn't need, they focused on what was broken and replaced the spring and related parts with a 10-year warranty included! Very satisfied client!!

Door rail disconnected unexpectedly from ceiling on a Friday night. Went online on Saturday and made appointment for Precision repair on Monday. Derek was on time and very friendly. Inspected our old(37 year old) Sears opener and recommended a new motor. He went over various options and we decided to replace the motor. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the installation.
