Unbelievable service when you can find a repair company through a google search, make a service appointment through an online chat, provide service in less than an hour, and have my garage door repair completed in less then 45 minutes. Service tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick.

5 Star Very pleased with work done by Precision Door Service. Was on time and immediately accessed what needed to be done to fix the problem and not do any other work that was not necessary. I thought the rollers needed to be changed but after inspection, he said the rollers were good. After spraying all the rollers and moving parts, the door was very quite and sounded like new again. Would recommend them to others...

The technician was an hour late which is why I gave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star rating. Other than that the service was excellent, the technician was professional, and the work was completed quickly with no issues. Would definitely use them again.

Jacob came out on a Saturday to get me out of a jam after I had backed up into my garage door. His communication giving me updates on his arrival were much appreciated. He solved my problem within minutes and then gave me an assessment of my situation with options to solve other issues I needed to update. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with his service.
