Tech came out to troubleshoot, did a thorough job, spoke with wife, and relayed issues. She paid half to start repairs. Said they’d be back same day between 12-2.. no show.. called the given number, naturally no answer. Got a corporate lackey who apologized, and said a local manager would be calling with details before end of day.. nothing. So far, we have paid for half of something? no quote or emails have been sent, no idea what the actual problem is, cause no one has responded.. emails are everywhere, everyday, they even sent one to confirm appointment, but no emailed quote detailing repairs or part lists for ours is included apparently.. This is bush league.. look elsewhere for your needs

Precision’s technician Kendall is not only very knowledgeable and thorough in his careful assessment, he is most professional and personable in his communication about what he assesses and his recommendations for addressing the identified problems. My only regret about this whole interaction with Precision Doors is that Kendall is from another in-state office and not from the NOLA office, so he won’t be the one actually doing the repair and replacement work I need done.
