What a terrific experience!!! Our tech Rod Schouest called and text a short bio before he arrived. He was very courteous, informative and responsive to our questions throughout the entire transaction. After examining our garage door, he provided us with all of our garage door service options. The installation was quick and he took his time to demonstrate the door’s operation and periodic maintenance. We will highly recommend this company and Rod to our family, friends and neighbors. Garage door service isn't a daily occurrence and the broken spring hasn't happened in the 17 years we have lived at this house. We needed emergency service and didn't have a lot of time to do research, but I was impressed by the tutorial videos on the Precision website and took a chance. Derek showed up the next morning (a Saturday) and within 2 hours replaced all the broken parts and many other worn out parts as well. Rather than trying to upsell me on items I didn't need, they focused on what was broken and replaced the spring and related parts with a 10-year warranty included! Very satisfied client!!

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service due to broken door spring and I'm glad I did. Caleb and Chris conducted inspection and went over my options and I decided to gut the system and replace it with new equipment. Both gentlemen were very pleasant and professional and completed the job in a few hours. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs. Products purchased included springs, bearings, shaft, cable drums, torsion cable set, rollers, motor and belt, and remotes.

Derek was on time and very friendly. Inspected our old(37 year old) Sears opener and recommended a new motor. He went over various options and we decided to replace the motor. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the installation.
