I had two new garage doors and garage door openers installed. The employees I spoke with over the phone were very nice. The employees that I met in person while the installation was in progress were very nice and knowledgeable. From the beginning to the end of the job everything was explained to me. I am pleased with the overall experience I had with this company.

After waiting for over a month for my installer to fix my gate, Precision was able to send Mike King within 24 hours. Mike arrived and was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. He had all of the necessary parts with him. Precision is my new service provider. He replaced batteries and transformer.
