Precision Garage Door Service of New Orleans was simply amazing! So easy to get an appointment that worked with our family's busy schedule. Andrew & Nick came out the very next day and within an hour and half we had our new system installed and working! They were knowledgeable and professional. My kids were even thrilled - they asked questions and wanted to immediately test everything out! HIGHLY recommend Precision to everyone in the greater New Orleans area!

Brad & Andre worked as a true team while ensuring safety first while protecting our home accesses while addressing our door issues. Andre took the lead and preformed the inspection and generated two options to correct issues. We chose Precision based on advertising on a company truck. We called late on Friday afternoon. Tech. Sam (from their Mobile office) was scheduled 4-6 pm. He arrived at 3 pm, very prompt. We chose to go with his problem diagnose. He recommended we replace the motor, associated rail, and belt due to its age. I also decided to have the garage door spring replaced. All his work was very professional, and to our surprise, he finished in approx. 2 1/2 hrs. Sam's work was excellent. I will recommend Precision to all.

We needed an emergency repair on our garage door opener; the spring had broken and our cars were trapped in side. We called Precision and they had a technician to our house in about 1 hour. The technician, Wilson, replaced the broken sprung an a few other parts and we were back operational in about another 2 hours. We are more than pleased with the service and would call Precision without hesitation should the need arise.

Andrew, the service technician, was able to call and offered to come earlier than expected. He and his co-technician arrived on site and conducted themselves in a very polite, respectful, and positive manner. After showing them my issue, and them pointing out a possible cause for the issue, they were able to do a couple of quick maintenance adjustments and fixed the problem and show me the cost which was very reasonable. They also explained a possible failure point that could cause further problems in the future. During their adjustments, the failure point did fail which caused my motor to need a replacement. It was quite obvious that this was not an intentional error or mistake on their part. We discussed solutions and cost and decided on the final solution. Luckily they had a replacement and was able to make the full repair at that time. They took their time and were meticulous in their work making sure that everything was in complete working order and I knew how to operate it properly. They were very patient in dealing with the couple of issues in the installation. I was very pleased with their workmanship and will continue to use them again should the need arise.

Kristian Stewart was extremely helpful. He explained thoroughly the possible causes for the garage door problem of stopping and sticking. Even though the door worked flawlessly—isn’t that always the case—when he was here, Kristan’s diagnosis of potential causes made complete sense. He also reviewed the possible fixes and the relative prices. He emailed these options to us for our consideration. I would definitely use Precision in the future and would definitely ask for Kristian, as he was clearly knowledgeable and experienced but without pressuring. A very good experience!
