Had a broken garage door spring and needed quick service. Did a “google” search and chose to try Precision after viewing their website and reading a few customer reviews. I used Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door; the cable was wrapped around the sensor holder, which jammed the door and it would not close completely. Precision called and gave me a next day appointment. Mr. Helwig was fast, friendly and professional. He checked the garage door and said it was a fast fix and preceded to do so, he even bent the holder back, so it would not catch the cable again and I was only charged for the call out fee. It was a pleasure…Thank you Precision….
