We had a very positive experience with having our garage door repaired and serviced. The spring had broken and the cables came loose. In addition, we became aware of other problems with our 35 year old unit. The servicemen were able to come quickly and were responsive and helpful in explaining the issues and what would be involved in repair. They were courteous and competent in carrying out the repairs and demonstrated what was done when completed. They restored the unit and we now have an excellent warranty. We are happy we called Precision Door. Thank you.

The young man that came to my house to fix the garage door was a gentleman and he was very nice to me. He tried very hard to fix the door but as the door was very old he was unable to change the outdoor panel so we talked about replacing the garage in the future. He said that the door was not compatible with the newer outdoor panel so he was unable to repair it.

My repair will take place next week. Jacob and Bradley assessed my problems and were able to tell me exactly what was needed. They were able to get my door up so I could get my car out. I need quite a bit of work done on both my garage doors. The guys were very polite and professional. I look forward to seeing them next week for my repairs. Timeliness with getting out to my home. Appointment made for service next day(called on aSunday). Tech came out earlier than scheduled appointment. Both technicians very friendly and courteous. Explained thoroughly problems with system and offered 2 options to fix problem. Fixed very timely. Correspondence and communication throughout the entire job. Extremely pleased with service from Precision doors. Will definitely contact when future problems occur. Definitely would recommend to other potential clients.
