I appreciated that. The technician, I’m sorry I don’t recall his name, was professional and thorough. He assessed my situation and provided me with three clear quotes for the options for repair. I will be using Precision for the repair of my door system.

Precision’s technician Kendall is not only very knowledgeable and thorough in his careful assessment, he is most professional and personable in his communication about what he assesses and his recommendations for addressing the identified problems. My only regret about this whole interaction with Precision Doors is that Kendall is from another in-state office and not from the NOLA office, so he won’t be the one actually doing the repair and replacement work I need done. Great steward representing your company!

My technician Andrew was great! He identified the issue and quickly made the appropriate repairs. The company that originally put in my garage door opener used the incorrect spring and wrong cables.
