Precision came and repaired our door (they had come once before in 2021) to repair the door that a defective garage door opener broke. The tech was on time, explained everything in detail and made suggestions for how to fix the problem. Very impressed. And since they had originally installed the spring, they only charged me for labor. I'm very pleased.

I chose Precision because the ad said they serviced Genie garage door openers. Andrew came early which made me happy. He was courteous and friendly.
