Josh & Ryan came out to check door opener that was not working. Had a lightening strike hitting a tall pine close by that may have fried unit. Guys came out and check all components and gave me 3 estimates as to what I may need and or want. Very professional not pushy. We discussed all options. They both came out the following morning and installed a new opener in a timely manner and answered all questions concerning. Very happy with product and services rendered. Would highly recommended them.

Absolutely amazing customer service! So thankful for Rod coming to the house today and doing what was possible to fix our garage door so I could get my car out! The other company that I spoke to told me that they didn’t have the part and there was nothing they could do to help. I called Precision and they quickly sent someone out to look and Rod quickly gave me options and got it fixed!! Thank you Rod, and thank you Precision!

By request, Precision Garage Doors scheduled a wrought iron driveway gate motor replacement for us. Mark, the technician arrived on time and demonstrated professionalism throughout the process. He verified the job request and assessed the work. He informed us of motorized options and the need to troubleshoot our dragging gate. Mark kept us informed and assured us of positive results. His years of experience paid off when the gate opened and closed perfectly. We were surprised and elated. Thank you, Mark, for an exceptional job well done!
