Whatever training you provided i would recommend no changes. For a young man to have just 6 months of experience indicates to me his attitude and desires are in the right place. You need to more like him. In addition, i must compliment the young man i spoke to on the phone. He did not display any animosity towards me when i called and found out no one was scheduled for my home after i communicated with someone over the weekend. I was not a happy person. He was able to rearrange a field technicians schedule to accommodate my problem. I truly appreciate their efforts. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Precision was not the first company that I called but they were the first to respond. They came out the very same day and fixed everything that was wrong and in disrepair with our 32 year old garage door. The gentlemen who did the repairs were professional and very personable.
