I chose Precision because the ad said they serviced Genie garage door openers. Andrew came early which made me happy. He was courteous and friendly. He figured out the problems quickly and fixed them. Hopefully, I will never have any more problems, but if I do, I will call them and specifically ask for Andrew.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Our service tech came out the same day I called which was wonderful. Antonio Gilchrist was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products and services offered. This was a late day repair and he made the experience pleasant by not rushing through the explanations of various products offered. We will highly recommend this company and our service tech.

We needed to replace springs. We ending up buying the ten-year service agreement. All moving parts replaced. It is expensive but could be worth it. The reason we had confidence to move forward was the obvious competence of the service rep named Andre. Some years ago we replaced the drive and the motor (using Precision) and have not had a problem with them. That was another reason to go with Precision.

Crew arrived early. We wound up replacing the whole garage door opener, spring, safety laser, got a heavier motor and operation control. We also got the ten year warranty plan. The old system was 20 years old and the motor went out. Installation was quick and efficient and it came with two remote controls and an outside coded keypad. They really knew what they were doing and I will recomnend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone.

I obtained the company name from Angi which I have used in the past and had excellent results. Quick response to my request for service Brandon was very nice and gave me a run down on what all the problems could have caused the door to not operate. He found the problem and the door is now working. I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

Andrew, the service technician, was able to call and offered to come earlier than expected. He and his co-technician arrived on site and conducted themselves in a very polite, respectful, and positive manner. After showing them my issue, and them pointing out a possible cause for the issue, they were able to do a couple of quick maintenance adjustments and fixed the problem and show me the cost which was very reasonable. They also explained a possible failure point that could cause further problems in the future. During their adjustments, the failure point did fail which caused my motor to need a replacement. It was quite obvious that this was not an intentional error or mistake on their part. We discussed solutions and cost and decided on the final solution. Luckily they had a replacement and was able to make the full repair at that time. They took their time and were meticulous in their work making sure that everything was in complete working order and I knew how to operate it properly. They were very patient in dealing with the couple of issues in the installation. I was very pleased with their workmanship and will continue to use them again should the need arise.

Kristian Stewart was extremely helpful. He explained thoroughly the possible causes for the garage door problem of stopping and sticking. Even though the door worked flawlessly—isn’t that always the case—when he was here, Kristan’s diagnosis of potential causes made complete sense. He also reviewed the possible fixes and the relative prices. He emailed these options to us for our consideration. I would definitely use Precision in the future and would definitely ask for Kristian, as he was clearly knowledgeable and experienced but without pressuring. A very good experience!

My neighbors recommended Precision, and I'm glad I finally went through with it! Getting a garage door opener was a task I've been putting off for months. From start to end, they made it so easy to get a garage door opener, even when I wasn't sure what I needed. They also offer financing, so keep an eye out if you can get 0% interest for a certain number of months. Complete worth it, in my opinion. Rod's team came by promptly, showed me my options, and patiently waited for me to unfreeze my credit after I selected the type of garage door opener I wanted. With a lifetime guarantee for some of the devices, I find it's quite worth it. They stuck around to answer my questions and ensure everything was working, along with maintenance I should consider doing. Should've done it sooner...but I'm glad I did it now. Thank you all so much for a great experience.

Both Rod and Brandon were knowledgeable, friendly and took care of problem quickly. I will recommend this company in the future to any of my friends and family that may need this service.
