My appointment was scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00 It was 5:04 when I received a call saying the estimator could be here in about 15 minutes. After he was finished calculating the estimates. He had nothing to hand to me. He said if I wanted it on paper he would have to mail it to me. The only other way was email. NOT everyone has email or if they do they may not want to give it out. He then asked me to sign a box on his phone. I asked what it was. He said I agree that the estimate would be emailed but in my case mailed to me. All I saw on the screen was a blank box. I refused to sign something where I could not first read what I was signing. I will never do business with Precision and I will spread the word that they are unreliable (over an hour late from the latest time the appointment was for) and they want you to blindly sign documents.

The company installed garage doors at my daughters house and she was very happy with them. I liked hers so much that is I called your company to do mine. I had previously had problems with the door opener , it simply didn't last! So when she told me yours has a life time warranty, I was super excited and knew I wanted ya'll to do mine!
