The service technicians Ricardo and Gregory arrive promptly. The technicians thoroughly explained why our garage door would not open, then explained what repairs or replacements were necessary to insure the door was operational again. I like the idea that we were given good, better, best options. When the work was completed Ricardo and Gregory walked me through all they had done. I was given safety and operating instructions and owner manuals. Both technicians were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

A spring broke on my garage door on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision Door on Monday morning to schedule repair. The technician arrived at my home at 9:30 AM and completed the repair work by 11:00 AM. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The two gentlemen that came out to replace my garage door opener exceeded my expectations! They explained everything, and were able to do the job quickly and efficiently, and were a pleasure to do business with. They even enabled my car to open my garage door! My finished product is better than I had expected and I couldn't be happier! In my opinion this should be the first and last place one should look for garage door services

The safety eyes were not working and the remotes would only open the door ,not close it. The service man replaced them and made sure all my remotes worked. Very helpful and courteous young man.

The service technicians, Tony and Ricardo, were professional in their manner of setting up to dismantle the old garage doors & opener and the install of the new equipment. With all houses in Southern Louisiana, there was a settling of the foundation on one side and Tony explained the issue and he was able to overcome the challenge of having the door completely close. Tony explained the routine maintenance of lubricating the moving joints every 6 to 8 months. The doors are extremely quiet to operate in addition to being esthetically attractive to the exterior of my home. They did an outstanding job and would highly recommend Precision Door Services to family, friends, and neighbors.

Prompt attentive call service. Gave us a time frame & came within that frame. Tech was very nice, very experienced & answered all our ?’s. Garage door spring broke & was replaced. We agreed on new nylon roller wheels & are happy w/the decision as they are much quieter. We were very pleased w/our tech, replaced products & our technician.
