Precision Doors did a great job helping us select and then installing a new garage door. They were on time, cleaned up the job site and hauled off the old door. The price was reasonable. I would use them again.

The service technicians, Tony and Ricardo, were professional in their manner of setting up to dismantle the old garage doors & opener and the install of the new equipment. With all houses in Southern Louisiana, there was a settling of the foundation on one side and Tony explained the issue and he was able to overcome the challenge of having the door completely close. Tony explained the routine maintenance of lubricating the moving joints every 6 to 8 months. The doors are extremely quiet to operate in addition to being esthetically attractive to the exterior of my home. They did an outstanding job and would highly recommend Precision Door Services to family, friends, and neighbors.

This was the 3rd time I had to call someone out for the same issue. Your tech’s are always friendly and courteous. I’ve met 4 different ones. I give them all 5 stars. As far as the opener goes I’m still waiting to grade it, pending results of last service call. I’m hoping this third visit has corrected the problem. If not I’ll let y’all know. If so, you need to replace the unit as I need a reliable garage door opener. Regards.

I would recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door. They did great work - from the quick & easy quote to the installation, everything was great. They communicated along each step. And during installation, the team actually used my blower to clear the garage floor - greatly appreciated! The work space was left clean, and our new door is fantastic!

Precision Door Service was the first garage opener repair business that came up on the internet when I googled my problem. It had five stars, the repairman was able to come out the same day, and the initial evaluation charge was reasonable. I didn't want a new opener, so Jonah tried to repair it. He spent hours trying to fix it, but the decision finally came down to the fact that I needed a new opener. Mike was just as nice as Jonah and I was perfectly satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has a problem with their garage doors or openers. I give the company and its repairmen a rating of 10 on a scale of 1-10.

Would give them 10 stars if I could. These guys were professional, prompt and courteous from start to finish. We were in a tight situation having purchased our garage door from Home Depot and are so thankful Precision Door was the installer. They assessed our problem and went out of their way to accommodate us and get our garage door installed on time. I can't say enough about Mike and Brad who made our installation happen. We tried for 4 months to get the original installer of our automatic gate opener repaired (under warranty!) until we finally gave up. The original installer gutted the control box so we were not hopeful that we'd get a functional gate opener anytime soon. We called Precision in the morning and by 2pm the same day, a team showed up and had ALL the parts needed to fix the gate. This was a 6 STAR job, we are very pleased and will only call Precision from now on. Thanks!

Recently, I had a 6' wide exterior (internal) roll up door installed on my workshop this month. The onsite visit and discussion of what roll up door and its placement was scheduled the day I called. I received a price the same day as verified by email. I had contacted 2 other garage door installation companies who returned my calls. One with a ball park cost higher than I liked and one was very slow getting back. Precision gave me the best price and quick service. However, there was no discussion regarding exterior door seals. My assumption was that the outer door seal would be included on any exterior door exposed to the weather elements. This was common sense to me but definitely NOT to Precision. When I asked about the outer door seal, I was told that a brush seal was the recommended. When asked how much, the recommended 3" brush seal installed was a shade under $200 which was 1/3 the cost of the initial roll up door driving the total job cost. It seems to me the additional cost, which I did not anticipate, will be necessary to consider an alternative to prevent the rain water from getting in.
