The company installed garage doors at my daughters house and she was very happy with them. I liked hers so much that is I called your company to do mine. I had previously had problems with the door opener , it simply didn't last! So when she told me yours has a life time warranty, I was super excited and knew I wanted ya'll to do mine! The technician was the best also. He knew exactly what he was doing and a very pleasant young man.

Prompt attentive call service. Gave us a time frame & came within that frame. Tech was very nice, very experienced & answered all our ?’s. Garage door spring broke & was replaced. The service technicians Ricardo and Gregory arrive promptly. The technicians thoroughly explained why our garage door would not open, then explained what repairs or replacements were necessary to insure the door was operational again. I like the idea that we were given good, better, best options. When the work was completed Ricardo and Gregory walked me through all they had done. I was given safety and operating instructions and owner manuals. Both technicians were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.
