The service technicians Ricardo and Gregory arrive promptly. The technicians thoroughly explained why our garage door would not open, then explained what repairs or replacements were necessary to insure the door was operational again. I like the idea that we were given good, better, best options. When the work was completed Ricardo and Gregory walked me through all they had done. I was given safety and operating instructions and owner manuals. Both technicians were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

A spring broke on my garage door on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision Door on Monday morning to schedule repair. The technician arrived at my home at 9:30 AM and completed the repair work by 11:00 AM. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The two gentlemen that came out to replace my garage door opener exceeded my expectations! They explained everything, and were able to do the job quickly and efficiently, and were a pleasure to do business with. They even enabled my car to open my garage door!
