The service technicians, Tony and Ricardo, were professional in their manner of setting up to dismantle the old garage doors & opener and the install of the new equipment. With all houses in Southern Louisiana, there was a settling of the foundation on one side and Tony explained the issue and he was able to overcome the challenge of having the door completely close. Tony explained the routine maintenance of lubricating the moving joints every 6 to 8 months. The doors are extremely quiet to operate in addition to being esthetically attractive to the exterior of my home. They did an outstanding job and would highly recommend Precision Door Services to family, friends, and neighbors.

Brad returned today to discuss a new garage door for our home. He was very thorough and answered quite a few of our questions. He explained that the manager would have to submit the quotes for the doors we are interested in and we would hear back shortly.
