There were a couple of things that concerned me. One was the fact that the springs used were smaller than what I had and that he had to install a third spring for the weight of the door. The other thing was the tech was very distracted by his phone. I watched from the camera and found he spent a lot of time on his phone or checking his phone. Distracted work can prove to be of poor quality. I have used your company several times with excellent results, because of excellent techs .I always felt confident in the work. This time I do not.

My installer was Wilson. He was fantastic. He was professional, timely and kind. He was knowledgeable about the product and informed me on maintenance needs. My only complaint about the whole process was with communication before the installation was scheduled.

I ordered my door through Home Depot and they set me up with Precision for the install. Completely satisfied and would definitely use again! Lee in Scheduling was a great help and they installed it two days after receiving; very prompt. Ramon was my installer and he was great! He was on time, processional and so friendly! The new door looks great and we are so thankful. 100% satisfied with Precision and their employees!

Based on the excellent past performance from Precision I called for repair service. The technician arrived right on time and diagnosed problem. Made corrections and then infomercial my unit was still within the 5 year warranty. Excellent service and customer relations. Precision is an honest company who puts their customers satisfaction first. Tech. suggest a protective surge protector would have prevented my problems so I made a purchase per his suggestion. It was not text.

I called at 11AM this morning to schedule an appointment. Was told that technician would be here this afternoon. Received an email from company when tech was on his way, and a call from technician. Technician had everything I needed for repair on his truck. Finished repairs in an hour. I would highly recommend using Precision!
