Based on the excellent past performance from Precision I called for repair service. The technician arrived right on time and diagnosed problem. Made corrections and then infomercial my unit was still within the 5 year warranty. Excellent service and customer relations. Precision is an honest company who puts their customers satisfaction first. Tech. suggest a protective surge protector would have prevented my problems so I made a purchase per his suggestion. It was not text.

I called at 11AM this morning to schedule an appointment. Was told that technician would be here this afternoon. Received an email from company when tech was on his way, and a call from technician. Technician had everything I needed for repair on his truck. Finished repairs in an hour. I would highly recommend using Precision!

Very knowledgable, very professional! We had a major problem that was discovered upon inspection! Technecian consulted with his boss to determine correct course of action the proceeded to fix our problem! Our home is 10 years old door sounds brand new!! Our appointment time was between 4 and 6 they text to let you know they are on there way and called! Arrived at 4:05! EXCELLENT COMPANY AND SERVICE!

Great service & a job well done. Will recommend your company to anyone needing service, or new installation. Your tech was second to none, prompt, on time, courteous & very efficient. Recommend new rollers & installed then,what a difference the new belt drive unit & rollers made. System so quiet that can barely be heard. the old cahin drive would wake the dead! I had two new garage doors and garage door openers installed. The employees I spoke with over the phone were very nice. The employees that I met in person while the installation was in progress were very nice and knowledgeable. From the beginning to the end of the job everything was explained to me. I am pleased with the overall experience I had with this company.

Supprise, a person answered the phone. I called on a Saturday and not only they were open I was also able to get an appointment the same day. Brad was great. He gave me options on repairs and once I made a decision he was done with 30-45 min. he handled himself very professionally. I would use Predision again.

After waiting for over a month for my installer to fix my gate, Precision was able to send Mike King within 24 hours. Mike arrived and was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. He had all of the necessary parts with him. Precision is my new service provider. He replaced batteries and transformer.
