Jonah came out to repair a broken door spring. Prompt, well prepared, and very knowledgeable. I had decided the old door and opener (30+yrs) needed replacement, so after the repair, we discussed options. When the new products came in, Jonah and Greg came out and did an outstanding job of replacing both, handling any wrinkle that came their way. They did an excellent job of explaining what they were doing and why, as well as what I needed to do to use and take care of my new door and opener. Thank you Precision for such excellent employees and thorough service.

They fixed and enhanced our 35 year old garage door all in one visit and it works wonderfully. My husband even said he was looking forward to taking out the garbage!!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Very easy review. If you have garage door problems, and don’t call Precision, you are making a big mistake. Sorry it took so long to write review, I forgot Tech’s name. But he was outstanding. Replaced the whole garage door, installed new remotes, etc.

Jonah did an outstanding job in giving me an estimate and had answers for all my questions, which were numerous as I like to find out all the particulars when I make a major purchase. Jonah did my install of the new door. He was on time, very professional, completed the job in the time frame he had indicated and completely cleaned after finishing the project. After he left we had a couple of concerns. Upon calling the office they sent another technician, Derek, and he answered all of our questions and alleviated any situation that we were concerned with. Again, he arrived at the time he said he would. Very professional demeanor. Impressive, prompt, professional service by everyone I was involved with.

Mike the technition arrived on time and completely adjusted and lubricated all parts. The door operates very smoothly now but the time is coming soon when I will have to replace it and I will definitely use Precision Door to do the job! Mike was very professional and pleasant!!!

Really pleased with the professionalism and quality of service. Bryant and his team called and let me know they were on there way, listened to my concerns and what I wanted, and offered the best solution for me. They worked quickly and efficient, and went over in detail the work they performed! 5 stars for sure and would definitely recommend to others! I needed device for my garage door opener. I used home advisor and was contacted by Precision in minutes after the request. They were quick to respond and schedule service. Bryant, the technician was extremely courteous, and professional. Worked quickly to diagnose the issue and provided multiple options. I chose to replace the opener and Bryant had it completed in no time. Within 18 hours (including overnight) the call was made and work completed. Precision is a great company and will call them again if the need arises.

Your technician had a bad attitude from the minute he got here. And, instead of coming to my front door when he arrived, he went into my garage and knocked on my laundry door. That scared me. Never has happened before. He tried to charge me for a “tune up” ($59.95) instead of a standard service call ($49.95) which was what I agreed to when I scheduled the appointment. Other than his TELLING me the spring needed to be sprayed with white lithium grease, he didn’t actually spray the spring...I sprayed the spring with my own lithium grease), he made a minor adjustment to my RF lights. He didn’t do anything else. So, he changed the bill to $49.95. But, I had to ask him to do it. Nothing about his visit inspired me to want to call Precision Garage Door Service in the future.
