Technician Gregory Dean was prompt, he called 45 minutes prior to arriving and was actually early for this appointment. He explained all of the varied aspects of my garage door and offered me options to ensure I got optimal performance from my garage door. Greg was friendly, professional and clearly understands how to explain the issues in the repair with clarity. I will highly recommend Gregory Dean and Precision Garage Door to my friends and family.

Had motor replaced during covid. June 2020. Was not expecting cost to be 400 plus dollars when the people in chat said springs were anywhere from 60-180. Also a 50 dollar service fee regardless of service. Better communication from chat service would have been appreciated. Not to mention the 400 plus dollars is considered a bandage. Service person was great.

I used home advisor.com,and decided to go with Precision Door Service; they called right away, and I made the appointment.When you need something done, you need a call back soon,so you would know they would come.Well the Technician; Mat came,gave me a price for the job.I ok it,and he went right away, and repaired what was broke.The Tech; Mat did a very good job ,and it didn't take long

It is my pleasure to write a review. I called. got a scheduled appointment that same day. Jonah, your employee called to say he was on his way with a picture so I would know who is coming to my home. He was professional,knowledgeable and personable. I asked him to give me the most reasonable option to service my door at this time. He gave me 3 options. I am very pleased with the work he performed and the fees that were charged. When I need further service on my garage doors I will call your company.

The technician called ahead of visit time and we were able to get started earlier than scheduled. I called and advised the person who answered the phone that I had a cable had come off and broke and needed someone to repair it. I asked for him to give me a ballpark of what it would cost. I was advised that it would be approx. $55 plus the service fee. Instead of repairing it, they sent Max out and he gave me a quote to have a torsion cable system at a cost of $688 per door and could not repair it. If I wanted the spring and cable system it would cost me more to order those parts than it would to get their torsion cable system and then charged me a service fee of $49.95. That is not good business. He knew before he came that I had a spring and cable and the cable had come off because I told them that. Tried real hard to sell the torsion cable system. I was not biting.

I had problem when 2 rollers on my opener jumped the track mid afternoon on a Saturday. When I called I was told they would have someone at my home between 4 and 6. Technician arrived a few minutes after 4. Technician was excellent and he completed the repair and paperwork with about 40 minutes.

Technician was punctual and very personable and professional. His "sales pitch" for a new door was respectful and thorough. He even lowered my broken door to the ground so the garage could be closed before he departed. I will be recommending Precision Door Service to anyone who needs garage door service.

I called Access Garage Door because that's who I normally call to repair my garage door. I was told the spring was discontinued and I would need a new door. I had my doubts so I did a goggle search and found Precision. My schedule is pretty hectic but the agent worked with me. I was able to get a late evening appointment the same day. Mike King was my Technician. Let me tell you, this man is amazing. He had the spring (the one I was told was discontinued) in his truck. He replaced the spring and educated me while he was doing it. He explained what he was doing and told me why he was doing it. I would highly recommend Precision. If I ever have garage door issues Precision is who I'm calling. I'll request Mike King.
