Had a broken garage door spring and needed quick service. Did a “google” search and chose to try Precision after viewing their website and reading a few customer reviews. One call convinced me to commit. Six hours later door was fixed. The service technician was an expert for sure. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. I had never heard of this company, but I was having intermittent problems with the opener. I found you on the web. Called because of response time. The technician that was sent was friendly. I felt needed a new one . After installing, I was completely satisfied by the way the technician explained the operation of the unit.
