I chose Precision Door Service because the website said that you guaranteed showing up within 4 hours. That was it! And it worked out. The technician was highly skilled, polite and worked very quickly. Its been several days and the repaired door (and the tuned-up other door) is working smoothly and reliably. Precision Garage Door’s website is the reason I called them. I was able to get the necessary information regarding my problem. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. I was certainly impressed that I could get them to come out the day before Thanksgivings. They told me when to expect the gentlemen and that they would call prior to the appointment time. Michael and Terry were very professional and courtesy. They introduced themselves with a handshake. They were able to evaluate the problem immediately. They informed us of what was wrong and what the cost would be to fix the problem. My husband and I agreed with the work that needed to be done. They were able to correct the problem and we were delighted. We definitely would recommend Precision Door for repairs.

Michael and Troy were both professional and courteous. They arrived on time, assessed the complaint and recommended the appropriate service. I thought based on the incident that occurred with the garage door l had a broken spring instead adter the technician examined the door he informed me that the door needed to be adjusted and tuned up everything was in working order. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend and utilize Precision Doors again.

My experience with Precision was so easy. Michael and Terry found the problem and was able to fix it on the spot. Work was done quickly same day in like a hour and a half. Michael took his time and explained everything we needed to know about the new equipment!!! I would definitely recommend this service!!!

Michael and Terry were very polite, friendly and professional. Michael worked with me when I had to reschedule. They called to let me know they were en route and arrived on time. They introduced themselves with a handshake and went right to work. Michael asked what my problem was and provided additional assistance by assessing other problems and explained the benefits of replacing those parts. I trusted Micheal approved the additional services. After the job was complete, Micheal showed me the old part and the new part which gave me a better ideal of the improvements made to my door. Terry took the time to test the door until it was perfect and he also explained to me how to work my panel. Although I didn't plan to spend more, I feel the additional service was needed and I would definitely hire them again.

Your technician had a bad attitude from the minute he got here. And, instead of coming to my front door when he arrived, he went into my garage and knocked on my laundry door. That scared me. Never has happened before. He tried to charge me for a “tune up” ($59.95) instead of a standard service call ($49.95) which was what I agreed to when I scheduled the appointment. Other than his TELLING me the spring needed to be sprayed with white lithium grease, he didn’t actually spray the spring...I sprayed the spring with my own lithium grease), he made a minor adjustment to my RF lights. He didn’t do anything else. So, he changed the bill to $49.95. But, I had to ask him to do it. Nothing about his visit inspired me to want to call Precision Garage Door Service in the future.
