Precision is an honest company who puts their customers satisfaction first. Tech. suggest a protective surge protector would have prevented my problems so I made a purchase per his suggestion. I was in awe of the service provided by Precision Door Service New Orleans. Precision was the second company I called after the first company I called did not respond with a call back as promised. I am thrilled that that company blew me off. The technician, Ricardo Zelaya, was on time and walked me through every step of what needed to be done to put my garage door back in service. He was courteous, professional, and very polite. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is searching for timely, professional, and courteous service.
