A Liftmaster gate opener was installed. The team exhibited professionalism from the quick response upon request for an estimate to the install. They worked with me on the scheduling. Technician, Max Johnson, did a great job - talking me through the decision to install a new, more reliable gate opener to making suggestions on ways to improve issues I had with the old gate opener and is available for followup, should I need it. It is so refreshing & encouraging to find a company and employees that put customer service first. I appreciated the calls and texts with photos to let me know Max was on his way and approximately what time he would arrive. The photo made me feel secure that Max was truly from Precision Door. I will call Precision in the future for help my garage door and my gate opener.

I previously gave this company an extremely negative review for trying to upsell me for a new door when all I needed was a repair. The company was prompt and courteous in their response and agreed to do the repair as I originally wanted. they came out immediately and fixed my door. I found the attitude of the manager, Michael to be extremely professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Precision Door Service was the first garage opener repair business that came up on the internet when I googled my problem. It had five stars, the repairman was able to come out the same day, and the initial evaluation charge was reasonable. I didn't want a new opener, so Jonah tried to repair it. He spent hours trying to fix it, but the decision finally came down to the fact that I needed a new opener. Mike was just as nice as Jonah and I was perfectly satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has a problem with their garage doors or openers. I give the company and its repairmen a rating of 10 on a scale of 1-10.

Would give them 10 stars if I could. These guys were professional, prompt and courteous from start to finish. We were in a tight situation having purchased our garage door from Home Depot and are so thankful Precision Door was the installer. They assessed our problem and went out of their way to accommodate us and get our garage door installed on time. I can't say enough about Mike and Brad who made our installation happen. Wish I would have called Precision Door Service in the first place. I suggest to anyone out there looking for a garage door to call Precision Door Service. And I am sure they are equally proficient at any other service they provide.

Technician was good - fixed the problem quickly. However, I thought the cost was very inflated. I needed a new belt for my garage door opener and paid enough to buy a new unit! The upselling by the tech was laughable. Won’t use them again.

I called and advised the person who answered the phone that I had a cable had come off and broke and needed someone to repair it. I asked for him to give me a ballpark of what it would cost. I was advised that it would be approx. $55 plus the service fee. Instead of repairing it, they sent Max out and he gave me a quote to have a torsion cable system at a cost of $688 per door and could not repair it. If I wanted the spring and cable system it would cost me more to order those parts than it would to get their torsion cable system and then charged me a service fee of $49.95. That is not good business. He knew before he came that I had a spring and cable and the cable had come off because I told them that. Tried real hard to sell the torsion cable system. I was not biting.

We tried for 4 months to get the original installer of our automatic gate opener repaired (under warranty!) until we finally gave up. The original installer gutted the control box so we were not hopeful that we'd get a functional gate opener anytime soon. We called Precision in the morning and by 2pm the same day, a team showed up and had ALL the parts needed to fix the gate. This was a 6 STAR job, we are very pleased and will only call Precision from now on. Thanks!

This is one of the best experiences/company that I've hired to complete a job in a very long time. The timeliness from my request to completion of service was incredible.
