Had a broken garage door spring and needed quick service. Did a “google” search and chose to try Precision after viewing their website and reading a few customer reviews. One call convinced me to commit. Six hours later door was fixed. The service technician was an expert for sure. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. The technician was an hour late which is why I gave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star rating. Other than that the service was excellent, the technician was professional, and the work was completed quickly with no issues. Would definitely use them again.

The tech arrived at the promise time frame, which says a lot about how much you care for potential customers. He inspected the door and gave me three estimates, he then allowed me to choose which one I preferred, once that was done he went ahead and performed the necessary repairs. I found Precision on the internet. What a great find they were! Bryant was my technican and he was so nice and friendly. I had never heard of this company, but I was having intermittent problems with the opener. I found you on the web. Called because of response time. The technician that was sent was friendly. I felt needed a new one . After installing, I was completely satisfied by the way the technician explained the operation of the unit. I used Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door; the cable was wrapped around the sensor holder, which jammed the door and it would not close completely. Precision called and gave me a next day appointment. Mr. Helwig was fast, friendly and professional. He checked the garage door and said it was a fast fix and preceded to do so, he even bent the holder back, so it would not catch the cable again and I was only charged for the call out fee. It was a pleasure…Thank you Precision….

Really pleased with the professionalism and quality of service. Bryant and his team called and let me know they were on there way, listened to my concerns and what I wanted, and offered the best solution for me.
