We called Precision to get our garage door repaired. Our opener was old and missing pieces so our technician Michael suggested we get a new opener installed. The installation took less than an hour. Very professional and quick Inwould definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The tech arrived at the promise time frame, which says a lot about how much you care for potential customers. He inspected the door and gave me three estimates, he then allowed me to choose which one I preferred, once that was done he went ahead and performed the necessary repairs. My door is almost as quiet as a mouse, I'm completely satisfied, a job well done!

I found Precision on the internet. What a great find they were! Bryant was my technican and he was so nice and friendly. I had never heard of this company, but I was having intermittent problems with the opener. I found you on the web. Called because of response time. The technician that was sent was friendly. I felt needed a new one . After installing, I was completely satisfied by the way the technician explained the operation of the unit. I used Home Advisor to find someone to repair my garage door; the cable was wrapped around the sensor holder, which jammed the door and it would not close completely. Precision called and gave me a next day appointment. Mr. Helwig was fast, friendly and professional. He checked the garage door and said it was a fast fix and preceded to do so, he even bent the holder back, so it would not catch the cable again and I was only charged for the call out fee. It was a pleasure…Thank you Precision….

Really pleased with the professionalism and quality of service. I needed device for my garage door opener. I used home advisor and was contacted by Precision in minutes after the request. They were quick to respond and schedule service. Bryant, the technician was extremely courteous, and professional. Worked quickly to diagnose the issue and provided multiple options. I chose to replace the opener and Bryant had it completed in no time. Within 18 hours (including overnight) the call was made and work completed. Precision is a great company and will call them again if the need arises.
