My garage door broke on a Sunday. I called and immediately was talking to someone. By 1:00 on Monday by door was repaired. My garage door malfunctioned after 12 years of service. I looked up repair companies and Precision looked the best and is a BBB member. One quick call and an appointment convenient to me was scheduled. The morning of appt. they called, told me what tech was coming , then texted his picture. In the promised time they were here and totally inspected my door and opener. Then diagnosed the problem. After offering me three solutions- good, better, and best , I made a choice and the techs went to get the part from the warehouse. They stock many parts on the truck but did not have the belt and assembly needed on the truck. As promised they were back within an hour with everything they needed. About a half hour later the job was complete, parts installed, adjustments made and operation tested. They then reviewed what had been done and charged me the agreed upon price. Quick repair, easy to deal with, great communications and great service technicians that got the job done. That’s the way to earn customers and referrals. I highly recommend this company. I was very please with Precision Door Service timely and professional advice to my questions on replacing an existing GTO double swing gate and controller options. Max shows up on time. Look at the job and gave an explanation of the damage and the repair procedure. After that offer me a price of the job and maintenance. Price was fair so I accepted the job. I'm glad that I called Precision doors. Door was repaired in a good time; do not need to wait for parts. Max is very professional and knows his job pretty good. Company is a very professional as well. Always keeps in touch in all the process and send me the information of Max before he arrives. Nothing else to expect. Very happy with this service.

I had problem when 2 rollers on my opener jumped the track mid afternoon on a Saturday. When I called I was told they would have someone at my home between 4 and 6. Technician arrived a few minutes after 4. Technician was excellent and he completed the repair and paperwork with about 40 minutes.

My name is Melvin and I had been calling 2 companies for weeks about coming check out my garage door because it was dropping down too hard. One of the companies would have come the next day and I would have had to take off from work, and another company said that they didn't know when they would be in our area, but they would give me a call when they did. It could have been days, weeks or even a month. I said to my self that there got to be someone with better customer service out there and I saw Precision Door and gave them a call. I couldn't believe it when the lady told me that they would be there between 4 and 6pm the same day. other people couldn't come the same week and Precision came the same day I called. My daughter had went to work and took the key for her car and I thought mannnnnnn, they may not be able to fix my door since I couldn't get this car backed out, but my technician was so good he said it won't be a problem. He accessed the door situation and within a couple of seconds he knew what to do and had my door repaired in minutes. My grade for Precision and my technician Steven is 5 star. Great job. I'd recommend you anytime.

Recently, I had a 6' wide exterior (internal) roll up door installed on my workshop this month. The onsite visit and discussion of what roll up door and its placement was scheduled the day I called. I received a price the same day as verified by email. I had contacted 2 other garage door installation companies who returned my calls. One with a ball park cost higher than I liked and one was very slow getting back. Precision gave me the best price and quick service. However, there was no discussion regarding exterior door seals. My assumption was that the outer door seal would be included on any exterior door exposed to the weather elements. This was common sense to me but definitely NOT to Precision. When I asked about the outer door seal, I was told that a brush seal was the recommended. When asked how much, the recommended 3" brush seal installed was a shade under $200 which was 1/3 the cost of the initial roll up door driving the total job cost. It seems to me the additional cost, which I did not anticipate, will be necessary to consider an alternative to prevent the rain water from getting in.
