The safety eyes were not working and the remotes would only open the door ,not close it. The service man replaced them and made sure all my remotes worked. Very helpful and courteous young man.

I was in awe of the service provided by Precision Door Service New Orleans. Precision was the second company I called after the first company I called did not respond with a call back as promised. Very knowledgable, very professional! We had a major problem that was discovered upon inspection! Technecian consulted with his boss to determine correct course of action the proceeded to fix our problem! Our home is 10 years old door sounds brand new!! Our appointment time was between 4 and 6 they text to let you know they are on there way and called! Arrived at 4:05! EXCELLENT COMPANY AND SERVICE!
