The service technicians Ricardo and Gregory arrive promptly. The technicians thoroughly explained why our garage door would not open, then explained what repairs or replacements were necessary to insure the door was operational again. I like the idea that we were given good, better, best options. When the work was completed Ricardo and Gregory walked me through all they had done. I was given safety and operating instructions and owner manuals. Both technicians were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

The guys arrived promptly and did a great job. They really knew what they were doing. I would definitely have them back again. I understand charging for estimates, especially if you get a lot of them. It would be nice, however, to give the customer credit for that charge if they actually have the work done. Just a suggestion.

in 2019 I called Precision Door Service to get an estimate for the repair of my garage door. The technician who came out recommended a total door replacement because of the condition of my wooden garage door. He patiently went over with me the styles and costs of a replacement door and answered all of my concerns. I was not ready to make a purchase at that time but vowed, because of that technicians professionalism and patience, that when I was ready I would contact Precision for the job. I just had my garage door replaced and Precision lived up to my expectations; the technicians who replaced my garage door were timely and professional.

A spring broke on my garage door on a Sunday afternoon. I called Precision Door on Monday morning to schedule repair. The technician arrived at my home at 9:30 AM and completed the repair work by 11:00 AM. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent responsiveness and quality Within 24 hours of calling Precision, I had a repaired garage door with new motor. Precision answered my call late afternoon and had an appointment the following day. To y arrived early, accurately diagnosed the problem, provided multiple alternatives and ultimately replaced the motor and belt I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Precision Door. Ask for Tony as well!

Based on the excellent past performance from Precision I called for repair service. The technician arrived right on time and diagnosed problem. Made corrections and then infomercial my unit was still within the 5 year warranty. Excellent service and customer relations. Precision is an honest company who puts their customers satisfaction first. Tech. suggest a protective surge protector would have prevented my problems so I made a purchase per his suggestion. It was not text.

They explained everything, and were able to do the job quickly and efficiently, and were a pleasure to do business with. They even enabled my car to open my garage door!
