Garage door service isn't a daily occurrence and the broken spring hasn't happened in the 17 years we have lived at this house. We needed emergency service and didn't have a lot of time to do research, but I was impressed by the tutorial videos on the Precision website and took a chance. Derek showed up the next morning (a Saturday) and within 2 hours replaced all the broken parts and many other worn out parts as well. Rather than trying to upsell me on items I didn't need, they focused on what was broken and replaced the spring and related parts with a 10-year warranty included! Very satisfied client!!

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service due to broken door spring and I'm glad I did. Caleb and Chris conducted inspection and went over my options and I decided to gut the system and replace it with new equipment. After reviewing online ads (quick response and local) Alison felt comfortable selecting Precision. Andrew is an asset to the company. He met all the above. He explained everything in a way that anyone could understand and gave a reason for everything that needed to be replaced. I didn’t feel he was trying to sell products that wasn’t needed. I didn’t expect same day service after agreeing to the quote. I didn’t realize the parts were on the truck and he didn’t have to leave to complete the job. Precision Door was great. They promptly answered my call and had a serviceman to my house within 2 hours. The serviceman was very courteous and definitely knew what he was doing.
