We had to get a new keypad for our garage door and also had to have our cars synced to the automatic garage opener. Plus one car needed to have WiFi units installed in the garage to sync. Our technician, Kris, was amazing! He was knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful and such a nice person. We have always been pleased with our dealings with Precision!

I called and was quoted around $400 to fix an issue with my springs and the door not closing correctly. A tech arrived, did an inspection, and proceeded to quote me $1600 for a state of the art spring system....and of course collected a $50 service charge for coming out when I said no thanks and sent him on his way. I'm not sure why these companies advertise REPAIR service when all they seem to be able to do is REPLACE with new. (My home is only 10 years old and all the equipment installed was brand new.)

Garage door service isn't a daily occurrence and the broken spring hasn't happened in the 17 years we have lived at this house. We needed emergency service and didn't have a lot of time to do research, but I was impressed by the tutorial videos on the Precision website and took a chance. Derek showed up the next morning (a Saturday) and within 2 hours replaced all the broken parts and many other worn out parts as well. Rather than trying to upsell me on items I didn't need, they focused on what was broken and replaced the spring and related parts with a 10-year warranty included! Very satisfied client!!
