I needed to have my door repaired. It opens on its own but you have hold the button to close it. This is do to the beam sensor I damaged. The techs only repair option was to replace the whole door opener……. I feel I was fleeced for a service call!

Technician phoned, asked if he could come early, and I was happy to say yes. Inspected the system and provided an estimate for repair. When the repair was in progress, he discovered motor was not functioning properly. After explanation to me we decided to add a new motor. When the job was complete, a demonstration of the new system was given and explained. Professional! Efficient! Courteous! Pleasant! I am very happy with the work, and the technician who did the job so well !

Jacob was great! My door was down. He proposed and I accepted a replacement opener which works great. Same day installation which was great and the new opener was an upgrade from my existing opener.

My appointment was scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00 It was 5:04 when I received a call saying the estimator could be here in about 15 minutes. After he was finished calculating the estimates. He had nothing to hand to me. He said if I wanted it on paper he would have to mail it to me. The only other way was email. NOT everyone has email or if they do they may not want to give it out. He then asked me to sign a box on his phone. I asked what it was. He said I agree that the estimate would be emailed but in my case mailed to me. All I saw on the screen was a blank box. I refused to sign something where I could not first read what I was signing. I will never do business with Precision and I will spread the word that they are unreliable (over an hour late from the latest time the appointment was for) and they want you to blindly sign documents.

Richard was amazing! Not only was he very knowledgeable on all parts of our garage door, he was quick and efficient at the repair and replacement of parts. We are very satisfied and happy with our choice to go with Precision!
