I needed to have my door repaired. It opens on its own but you have hold the button to close it. This is do to the beam sensor I damaged. The techs only repair option was to replace the whole door opener……. I feel I was fleeced for a service call!

Technician phoned, asked if he could come early, and I was happy to say yes. Inspected the system and provided an estimate for repair. When the repair was in progress, he discovered motor was not functioning properly. After explanation to me we decided to add a new motor. When the job was complete, a demonstration of the new system was given and explained. Professional! Efficient! Courteous! Pleasant! I am very happy with the work, and the technician who did the job so well !
