The technician, Gregory Dean, was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He thoroughly explained the repairs needed and also provided an explanation of the condition of our garage door. He pointed out that the door was showing signs of age related damage and even with the needed repairs could break in the near future.

I was told on the phone the service call would be $49 and I’d be contacted with an appointment time. A lady called that morning and told me they could not come until 4-6pm. I told her my business closed at 5pm, she said she would call back around noon and update me, she never called back. Two techs showed up at 4:15pm and told me there had been a mistake and the service call would be over $200.00. I thanked them and sent them on their way. Pitiful communication at best, bait and switch at worst. Either way, not a good experience. I’m in business, if I make a mistake I own it, I don’t put it on my customer.

There were a couple of things that concerned me. One was the fact that the springs used were smaller than what I had and that he had to install a third spring for the weight of the door. The other thing was the tech was very distracted by his phone. I watched from the camera and found he spent a lot of time on his phone or checking his phone. Distracted work can prove to be of poor quality. I have used your company several times with excellent results, because of excellent techs .I always felt confident in the work. This time I do not.

Fantastic service! I called this morning because my door wasn't opening. A service appt. was scheduled for this afternoon. Received a follow up call with conformation of appt. time between 4 and 6. Techs text they were on their way at 4. Fixed my door, in a over 100 degree garage. Were very professional and courteous!
