Door rail disconnected unexpectedly from ceiling on a Friday night. Went online on Saturday and made appointment for Precision repair on Monday. My tech (Derek) assessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. I’m recommending Precision / Derek to all my neighbors. Prompt, courteous and reasonable cost.

After reviewing online ads (quick response and local) Alison felt comfortable selecting Precision. Andrew is an asset to the company. He met all the above. He explained everything in a way that anyone could understand and gave a reason for everything that needed to be replaced. I didn’t feel he was trying to sell products that wasn’t needed. I didn’t expect same day service after agreeing to the quote. I didn’t realize the parts were on the truck and he didn’t have to leave to complete the job. Andrew replaced almost all parts except the garage door and brackets. Thanks Precision

Precision Door was great. They promptly answered my call and had a serviceman to my house within 2 hours. The serviceman was very courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. He inspected my garage door and gave me 3 options of service. The job was completed in a timely fashion. I was so impressed, that I'm having Precision Door put an electronic opener on door on my metal building garage door. Doing business with Precision Door has been a pleasure. I'll let them will handle any garage door work that I need in the future. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Gabriel did an excellent job performing routine maintenance to the garage door. Very courteous and made other maintenance suggestions to enhance daily use of the garage door. He arrived timely and immediately started the maintenance needed. He recognized a few things that needed attention and immediately completed the repair.

Precision installed my new garage door five years ago. They were the obvious choice to call when I started to have issues this year. It was easy to make an appointment and I received a text telling me that the service technician was on his way, which is really great and helped me plan my time. The door was an easy fix, however, I was a little surprised by the Tune Up Special. All the technician did was lubricate the door, the major big spring, and parts of the track, which is part of the regular maintenance and something I asked him to do. He even told me what lubricant I should buy, which I appreciated. I asked him if that was all he was going to do, and he said yes. Then I see the bill for the tune up on the door. It says lubricate, tighten hardware, and check the balance of the door. None of that was done other than lubricating the door, and I was charged $75. The service call fee and the reprogramming of the garage door charges were what I expected and had no problem at all with them. Overall, the technician was very personable and explained things to me, and I’m glad to have my door back in service.

Called to have them check the wires to my garage door opener to make sure it wasn't shorted out since the garage was opening by itself. Also asked them to adjust the door. Was told they'll do maintenance check and adjust door and would be about an hr of labor. They got done and I was charged an hour of labor plus $75 for tune up which I didn't ask for. They told me they would quote me before they didn't any work but that wasn't the case. When I complained about the price which came out to over $200 since there was the service call too, they just added a 90 day warranty.
