Precision Door was great. They promptly answered my call and had a serviceman to my house within 2 hours. The serviceman was very courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. He inspected my garage door and gave me 3 options of service. The job was completed in a timely fashion. I was so impressed, that I'm having Precision Door put an electronic opener on door on my metal building garage door. Doing business with Precision Door has been a pleasure. I'll let them will handle any garage door work that I need in the future. I highly recommend Precision Door.

He arrived timely and immediately started the maintenance needed. He recognized a few things that needed attention and immediately completed the repair.

Precision installed my new garage door five years ago. They were the obvious choice to call when I started to have issues this year. It was easy to make an appointment and I received a text telling me that the service technician was on his way, which is really great and helped me plan my time. The door was an easy fix, however, I was a little surprised by the Tune Up Special. All the technician did was lubricate the door, the major big spring, and parts of the track, which is part of the regular maintenance and something I asked him to do. He even told me what lubricant I should buy, which I appreciated. I asked him if that was all he was going to do, and he said yes. Then I see the bill for the tune up on the door. It says lubricate, tighten hardware, and check the balance of the door. None of that was done other than lubricating the door, and I was charged $75. The service call fee and the reprogramming of the garage door charges were what I expected and had no problem at all with them. Overall, the technician was very personable and explained things to me, and I’m glad to have my door back in service.

Called to have them check the wires to my garage door opener to make sure it wasn't shorted out since the garage was opening by itself. Also asked them to adjust the door. Was told they'll do maintenance check and adjust door and would be about an hr of labor. They got done and I was charged an hour of labor plus $75 for tune up which I didn't ask for. They told me they would quote me before they didn't any work but that wasn't the case. When I complained about the price which came out to over $200 since there was the service call too, they just added a 90 day warranty.

I received same day service. The techs were in uniform, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a problem with the garage door opener. They determined that the problem was a spider web interfering with the safety sensor. They oiled the rails on the opener and the brackets on the door. Best of all, didn't charge me! Since my unit was more than 10 years old, they did provide three different proposals on upgrading my system, if I'd like. No pressured sales pitch. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
