I was very pleased with the quick response. My technician Dave was excellent, on time very professional, diagnosed the problems with both of my garage doors in a short time. Presented several options for repair, I chose the best option for me at the time, then Dave changed out the spring and several track rollers in a few minutes to get that door back working. The other door required a new motor, spring, track rollers chain guide no problem for Dave. Great job I would highly recommend precision door for your next repair or new installation,

Very satisfied. Call them on Monday. They came out on Tuesday and completely re-worked our nine-year-old garage door in about two hours. Cost was reasonable and Jacob and his assistant were professional and knowledgeable. All the parts we needed were stocked on the truck so they could do the job quickly and efficiently.
