I was very pleased with the repair service on my garage door. The technicians were super friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions, and explained every step of the repair before it was done. They did the repair in a timely manner, and made sure it was done to my satisfaction before they left. I also find the prices very competitive. I will be calling them again when I am ready to replace my current garage door. Highly recommended!

My name is Melvin and I had been calling 2 companies for weeks about coming check out my garage door because it was dropping down too hard. One of the companies would have come the next day and I would have had to take off from work, and another company said that they didn't know when they would be in our area, but they would give me a call when they did. It could have been days, weeks or even a month. I said to my self that there got to be someone with better customer service out there and I saw Precision Door and gave them a call. I couldn't believe it when the lady told me that they would be there between 4 and 6pm the same day. other people couldn't come the same week and Precision came the same day I called. My daughter had went to work and took the key for her car and I thought mannnnnnn, they may not be able to fix my door since I couldn't get this car backed out, but my technician was so good he said it won't be a problem. He accessed the door situation and within a couple of seconds he knew what to do and had my door repaired in minutes. My grade for Precision and my technician Steven is 5 star. Great job. I'd recommend you anytime.

I needed emergency Saturday service, gave an appointment time and arrived on time. Repaired broken springs and did safety check on whole system. Excellent service. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Max and his assistant came to our property to repair the wired remote pad that did not work (Dec 4, 2018). It was the wire that corroded and loosen at the opener unit's panel. They stripped and reconnected the wire, HOWEVER, they forgot to plug the wire for remote receiver back in. None of our remote controls worked today, so I examined the unit and plug the proper wire back to make things work. First time having Precision but not very impressive.

I thought the rollers needed to be changed but after inspection, he said the rollers were good. After spraying all the rollers and moving parts, the door was very quite and sounded like new again. From the start, the rep who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was very professional and friendly. She understood the urgency of our need and fit us into the schedule the same night. She said the tech would call when onhis way and he did just that. Max called and was very professional! He arrived a few minutes before he said he would and was courteous and professional throughout. He went over my options and gave me suggestions on what to do. He then completed the work in a reasonable time and got it fixed in about an hour. I would highly recommend Precision Doors and Max to anyone I know! Another tidbit, I called Overhead Doors before Precision and they were not open at 4:30 so I got an answering service. She took my info and said someone would call me. Well, I still haven’t gotten a call from that company while Precision has already fixed my door! Thank you Max and Precision for your service!

I called Access Garage Door because that's who I normally call to repair my garage door. I was told the spring was discontinued and I would need a new door. I had my doubts so I did a goggle search and found Precision. My schedule is pretty hectic but the agent worked with me. I was able to get a late evening appointment the same day. Mike King was my Technician. Let me tell you, this man is amazing. He had the spring (the one I was told was discontinued) in his truck. He replaced the spring and educated me while he was doing it. He explained what he was doing and told me why he was doing it. I would highly recommend Precision. If I ever have garage door issues Precision is who I'm calling. I'll request Mike King.

After googling garage door repair companies, I was linked to your company through Home Advisor. It was through Home Advisor that your company appeared as a choice for me to make as regards to the repair of my door. I was given the necessary information on your company to contact them for an appointment for an estimate which I wound up doing. i ultimately scheduled the company for the estimate; and, fact, they have completed the work on my door to my satisfaction. The only thing that I feel could have been better is that I was required to pay for the repair at the time of the completion of the repairwith my business credit card and not be allowed to pay by check within an acceptable time period upon the completion of the work.
