The service technician, Michael, was excellent. He explained in laymen's terms what was wrong and how long it would take to fix it. The end result was a much improved product. It was good to get email and text about our upcoming appt to see what was going on with our motor etc for our garage door. Received info and photo via text regarding our tech. He also called when he got on north shore re possible arrival time .Reviewed our existing door opener abs quickly determined issue , gave repair amt before we okayed repair. He and asst went to work and got new equip installed . Very professional .

Precision Garage Door’s website is the reason I called them. I was able to get the necessary information regarding my problem. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. I was certainly impressed that I could get them to come out the day before Thanksgivings. They told me when to expect the gentlemen and that they would call prior to the appointment time. Michael and Terry were very professional and courtesy. They introduced themselves with a handshake. They were able to evaluate the problem immediately. They informed us of what was wrong and what the cost would be to fix the problem. My husband and I agreed with the work that needed to be done. They were able to correct the problem and we were delighted. We definitely would recommend Precision Door for repairs.

Outstanding service-fast/prompt response. Roller on garage door broke - causing the door to stop midway - slanted late pm - called and the technicians arrived within an hour. Door was fixed within an hour thus was able to close the door before retiring for the night.

Overall I had a good experience with Precision Door Service. Service was prompt -- I was able to get my vehicle out of the garage where it had been "trapped" due to an inoperative garage door opening. I was shown various new garage doors for purchase, at different prices and models. I eventually chose a model which is set to be installed. My only "complaint" is that my garage is partially open to the elements (as part of my old door has deteriorated significantly), and even though the garage door I ordered was in stock, they were not able to install the new door for over a week. Quicker installation, given my situation, should have been possible. Regardless, I am pleased with the quality of the work and product.
