My garage door malfunctioned after 12 years of service. I looked up repair companies and Precision looked the best and is a BBB member. One quick call and an appointment convenient to me was scheduled. The morning of appt. they called, told me what tech was coming , then texted his picture. In the promised time they were here and totally inspected my door and opener. Then diagnosed the problem. After offering me three solutions- good, better, and best , I made a choice and the techs went to get the part from the warehouse. They stock many parts on the truck but did not have the belt and assembly needed on the truck. As promised they were back within an hour with everything they needed. About a half hour later the job was complete, parts installed, adjustments made and operation tested. They then reviewed what had been done and charged me the agreed upon price. Quick repair, easy to deal with, great communications and great service technicians that got the job done. That’s the way to earn customers and referrals. I highly recommend this company. I spend few thousand dollars to get this service , I have hard time getting updates and spend few weeks with the garage entrance cover with plastic and worrying about someone breaking in the house .

I was very please with Precision Door Service timely and professional advice to my questions on replacing an existing GTO double swing gate and controller options. Precision Door Service sent a representative to my home the following day after my initial contact. Max shows up on time. Look at the job and gave an explanation of the damage and the repair procedure. After that offer me a price of the job and maintenance. Price was fair so I accepted the job. I'm glad that I called Precision doors. Door was repaired in a good time; do not need to wait for parts. Max is very professional and knows his job pretty good. Company is a very professional as well. Always keeps in touch in all the process and send me the information of Max before he arrives. Nothing else to expect. Very happy with this service.

I had problem when 2 rollers on my opener jumped the track mid afternoon on a Saturday. When I called I was told they would have someone at my home between 4 and 6. Technician arrived a few minutes after 4. Technician was excellent and he completed the repair and paperwork with about 40 minutes.

My name is Melvin and I had been calling 2 companies for weeks about coming check out my garage door because it was dropping down too hard. One of the companies would have come the next day and I would have had to take off from work, and another company said that they didn't know when they would be in our area, but they would give me a call when they did. It could have been days, weeks or even a month. I said to my self that there got to be someone with better customer service out there and I saw Precision Door and gave them a call. I couldn't believe it when the lady told me that they would be there between 4 and 6pm the same day. other people couldn't come the same week and Precision came the same day I called. My daughter had went to work and took the key for her car and I thought mannnnnnn, they may not be able to fix my door since I couldn't get this car backed out, but my technician was so good he said it won't be a problem. He accessed the door situation and within a couple of seconds he knew what to do and had my door repaired in minutes. My grade for Precision and my technician Steven is 5 star. Great job. I'd recommend you anytime.

Max and his assistant came to our property to repair the wired remote pad that did not work (Dec 4, 2018). It was the wire that corroded and loosen at the opener unit's panel. They stripped and reconnected the wire, HOWEVER, they forgot to plug the wire for remote receiver back in. None of our remote controls worked today, so I examined the unit and plug the proper wire back to make things work. First time having Precision but not very impressive.
