Very knowledgable, very professional! We had a major problem that was discovered upon inspection! Technecian consulted with his boss to determine correct course of action the proceeded to fix our problem! Our home is 10 years old door sounds brand new!! Our appointment time was between 4 and 6 they text to let you know they are on there way and called! Arrived at 4:05! EXCELLENT COMPANY AND SERVICE!

The service technicians, Tony and Ricardo, were professional in their manner of setting up to dismantle the old garage doors & opener and the install of the new equipment. With all houses in Southern Louisiana, there was a settling of the foundation on one side and Tony explained the issue and he was able to overcome the challenge of having the door completely close. Tony explained the routine maintenance of lubricating the moving joints every 6 to 8 months. The doors are extremely quiet to operate in addition to being esthetically attractive to the exterior of my home. They did an outstanding job and would highly recommend Precision Door Services to family, friends, and neighbors.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Very easy review. If you have garage door problems, and don’t call Precision, you are making a big mistake. Sorry it took so long to write review, I forgot Tech’s name. But he was outstanding. Replaced the whole garage door, installed new remotes, etc.

I had two items done, replace the door cables and install a new garage door opener. My garage is a single car garage. Jonah was my service technician. He did an excellent job, very professional and pleasant. I had the Ultra 900 opener installed, it's worth the cost, very quiet, and nice features. My garage door opener installation was unique, as the space between the top of the door, with the door in the fully down position, and the garage ceiling was approximately 12 inches. Jonah was able to address the unique constraint and successfully install the door opener. Kudos for his excellent work! I highly recommend Precision Door Service New Orleans.

Recommend new rollers & installed then,what a difference the new belt drive unit & rollers made. System so quiet that can barely be heard. the old cahin drive would wake the dead! i just became acquainted with precision door 6/23 and i have one comment : when the salesman comes to take measurements etc he should be required to wear a face covering of some kind since it is necessary for me to get close enough to sign several documents he had a hint as i was was masked. i hope this is not an example of the kind of work they perform

Derek came out to give me an estimate on replacing my current garage door and installing a garage door opener. He was timely, professional and very informative. Derek explained the different options I had to choose from (style of door, color, glass windows, hardware and colors) and answered all of my questions. He also assisted me with my color selection and let me know the things I would need to have done prior to installation of my new door and opener. I truly appreciated the text Precision sent me letting me know Derek was on his way and included a picture of him. As a single woman I truly appreciated this and wish more companies would do the same.
