A month late on the installation! Did not come to job site with all The Materials needed To complete the job Had to schedule time for them to come back and finish the job! On a brighter note the installer team Jonathan Windsor was exceptional in their knowledge and was very fast in what the did!

Had motor replaced during covid. June 2020. Was not expecting cost to be 400 plus dollars when the people in chat said springs were anywhere from 60-180. Also a 50 dollar service fee regardless of service. Better communication from chat service would have been appreciated. Not to mention the 400 plus dollars is considered a bandage. Service person was great.

Austin and Devon were fine young men and did their work well, or so it seems so far. I would recommend them highly and would question only an urge to sell brand new garage doors. They would install these at a price of over 3k. We reserved action since what we have is working for now, tho we’d be glad to have them back for a bid. Did their supervisors encourage that strong urge to promote new doors as a regular feature of service? Thank you.

The wait time for an appointment was longer than I hoped for and they were late to actual appointment , as well; however, in their defense, it’s understandable. Hurricane Ida aftermath has increased demand, there are staffing shortages, Covid, etc. So, I understand. Once Jacob and his partner arrived, they went right to work. Their demeanor was very professional, kind, approachable, trusting… Communication was clear and thorough,… I ended up choosing a higher package, though I wanted the lowest package initially. I trusted Jacob!!! He seemed very knowledgeable and believed in the product. I purchased a new garage opener and new rollers. If I overspent…it was worth it. Great customer service is really hard to find these days so when it’s present, it’s refreshing. After install, Jacob walked me through every step. I’m very excited to have an upgraded garage system installed.
