Needed noisy garage door evaluated and necessary repairs performed. I researched, online, various companies and was impressed with the described credentials of both service personnel and company. Technician was very competent and professional. He provided me with all repair/service options in clear and concise terms. I am thoroughly satisfied with work performed and plan to use this company for future maintenance of my garage door.

What a nice professional young man Richard is the only negative about Richard is he’s a Alabama fan and I’m an LSU fan but I won’t hold that against him he did a great job

Jacob was great! My door was down. He proposed and I accepted a replacement opener which works great. Same day installation which was great and the new opener was an upgrade from my existing opener.

My appointment was scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00 It was 5:04 when I received a call saying the estimator could be here in about 15 minutes. After he was finished calculating the estimates. He had nothing to hand to me. He said if I wanted it on paper he would have to mail it to me. The only other way was email. NOT everyone has email or if they do they may not want to give it out. He then asked me to sign a box on his phone. I asked what it was. He said I agree that the estimate would be emailed but in my case mailed to me. All I saw on the screen was a blank box. I refused to sign something where I could not first read what I was signing. I will never do business with Precision and I will spread the word that they are unreliable (over an hour late from the latest time the appointment was for) and they want you to blindly sign documents.

Very nice and knowledgeable technician fixed my door on the spot. He provided info I will need for the future. I had dealing with another company that was extremely expensive and slow responding and I am so glad I called Precision. I would recommend this company 100%. Thanks for helping me.

Precision Door Service installed 3 garage doors at my business yesterday and I couldn't be happier! They arrived on the day that was scheduled, and at the time that was scheduled. They came in looking very professional and let me know that they were beginning. These two installers worked all day (in the hot sun) and took down the old doors and installed the new. When complete, they looked at them with us to make sure we were satisfied - and we were! I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done by this company and would definitely use them again!

I was looking for a company to do garage door repairs and I found precision after I search Google. I was impressed by the other reviews that I read so I calmed and set an appointment for May 7, 2022 between 2 and 4 PM. when the appointment time came and I had not heard from anyone I called the office at 4:50 PM. I spoke to a young man because I wanted to verify that the appointment was not canceled or changed, he confirmed that the appointment was not cancelled and he would reach out to the technician and I was asked to hold. when he returned the phone he said he did not get an answer from the technician after calling twice so he left a message and that he was probably tied up on the previous job but he would get back in touch with me. Well I did not hear back from ANYONE from this company. I was not given the option of “other”on this rating because I had no services performed and I was very disappointed. Repair door is the service I was requesting.

Extremely pleased with every aspect of Preston's work. The phone was answered by a person, who worked to fit our tight schedule. The repairman, Ricardo, assessed the problems, had the parts and made the repairs within 2 hours.
