The wait time for an appointment was longer than I hoped for and they were late to actual appointment , as well; however, in their defense, it’s understandable. Hurricane Ida aftermath has increased demand, there are staffing shortages, Covid, etc. So, I understand. Once Jacob and his partner arrived, they went right to work. Their demeanor was very professional, kind, approachable, trusting… Communication was clear and thorough,… I ended up choosing a higher package, though I wanted the lowest package initially. I trusted Jacob!!! He seemed very knowledgeable and believed in the product. I purchased a new garage opener and new rollers. If I overspent…it was worth it. Great customer service is really hard to find these days so when it’s present, it’s refreshing. After install, Jacob walked me through every step. I’m very excited to have an upgraded garage system installed.

The company installed garage doors at my daughters house and she was very happy with them. I liked hers so much that is I called your company to do mine. I had previously had problems with the door opener , it simply didn't last! So when she told me yours has a life time warranty, I was super excited and knew I wanted ya'll to do mine! Came the same day and installed a broken spring on our garage door! The tech, Wilson, was informative and very professional. He also installed a belt on my side garage door that I was having trouble installing myself. He was in and out in about an hour.
