Precision came and repaired our door (they had come once before in 2021) to repair the door that a defective garage door opener broke. The tech was on time, explained everything in detail and made suggestions for how to fix the problem. Very impressed. And since they had originally installed the spring, they only charged me for labor. I'm very pleased.

We had a very positive experience with having our garage door repaired and serviced. The spring had broken and the cables came loose. In addition, we became aware of other problems with our 35 year old unit. The servicemen were able to come quickly and were responsive and helpful in explaining the issues and what would be involved in repair. They were courteous and competent in carrying out the repairs and demonstrated what was done when completed. They restored the unit and we now have an excellent warranty. We are happy we called Precision Door. Thank you.

The quality of the product and workmanship were very good. The service man was courteous and on time. The job was finished within the estimated time (two hours). However, I feel that the price was very high. I wish I had shopped around before closing the purchase agreement rather than just saying to myself, "Just get it done." Also, there was one wire connection that was not capped. It sparked and then the unit had to be reprogrammed. It is working fine now. Also, the installer indicated that I could get a maximum of $200 off the price, but the invoice showed only $100 off. This is a minor thing, but considering the total price, it would have helped some.

I was not informed that there would be a service charge for just a estimate. Although A full inspection of the door was performed, with recommendations. Estimates were given for repairs that were needed. Other than the miscommunication of the charge, I would give a 5 5tar rating for prompt response and courtesy.

I needed to have my door repaired. It opens on its own but you have hold the button to close it. This is do to the beam sensor I damaged. The techs only repair option was to replace the whole door opener……. I feel I was fleeced for a service call!

Precision Door Service installed 3 garage doors at my business yesterday and I couldn't be happier! They arrived on the day that was scheduled, and at the time that was scheduled. They came in looking very professional and let me know that they were beginning. These two installers worked all day (in the hot sun) and took down the old doors and installed the new. When complete, they looked at them with us to make sure we were satisfied - and we were! I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done by this company and would definitely use them again!

Austin and Devon were fine young men and did their work well, or so it seems so far. I would recommend them highly and would question only an urge to sell brand new garage doors. They would install these at a price of over 3k. We reserved action since what we have is working for now, tho we’d be glad to have them back for a bid. Did their supervisors encourage that strong urge to promote new doors as a regular feature of service? Thank you.
