My garage door malfunctioned after 12 years of service. I looked up repair companies and Precision looked the best and is a BBB member. One quick call and an appointment convenient to me was scheduled. The morning of appt. they called, told me what tech was coming , then texted his picture. In the promised time they were here and totally inspected my door and opener. Then diagnosed the problem. After offering me three solutions- good, better, and best , I made a choice and the techs went to get the part from the warehouse. They stock many parts on the truck but did not have the belt and assembly needed on the truck. As promised they were back within an hour with everything they needed. About a half hour later the job was complete, parts installed, adjustments made and operation tested. They then reviewed what had been done and charged me the agreed upon price. Quick repair, easy to deal with, great communications and great service technicians that got the job done. That’s the way to earn customers and referrals. I highly recommend this company. Thanks for the fast repair

I spend few thousand dollars to get this service , I have hard time getting updates and spend few weeks with the garage entrance cover with plastic and worrying about someone breaking in the house .

This was only for a quote but they came out to my house and proceeded to work on the quote. More to follow.

Unbelievable service when you can find a repair company through a google search, make a service appointment through an online chat, provide service in less than an hour, and have my garage door repair completed in less then 45 minutes. Service tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick.

The technician was an hour late which is why I gave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star rating. Other than that the service was excellent, the technician was professional, and the work was completed quickly with no issues. Would definitely use them again.

Bryant Juneau was very nice, polite and knows what he is doing. The service was excellent and prompt. Came out within 1.5 hours of the call for service because my garage door spring broke and my vehicles were trapped inside. Will recommend Precision to all my friends.

Was very pleased with the service and the politeness of the service men. They were actually across the street servicing our neighbors door when my husband went and talked to them, they came right across after his door was repaired and took care of ours. We will always recommend your company to anyone who needs repair or a new door.
