Jacob came out on a Saturday to get me out of a jam after I had backed up into my garage door. His communication giving me updates on his arrival were much appreciated. He solved my problem within minutes and then gave me an assessment of my situation with options to solve other issues I needed to update. He was professional and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with his service.

My repair will take place next week. Jacob and Bradley assessed my problems and were able to tell me exactly what was needed. They were able to get my door up so I could get my car out. I need quite a bit of work done on both my garage doors. The guys were very polite and professional. I look forward to seeing them next week for my repairs. They did a great job explaining the process to me and I feel confident in their abilities. I will write another review after the work is done.

The service technician was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and gave me the option of three estimates for repairs needed. Payment options were also available and very reasonable. Appointments were quickly scheduled with one phone call, with very little wait time.

I have used Precision Door in the past, they arrived on time, professional job done. Jacob was great! My door was down. He proposed and I accepted a replacement opener which works great. Same day installation which was great and the new opener was an upgrade from my existing opener.

My appointment was scheduled between 2:00 and 4:00 It was 5:04 when I received a call saying the estimator could be here in about 15 minutes. After he was finished calculating the estimates. He had nothing to hand to me. He said if I wanted it on paper he would have to mail it to me. The only other way was email. NOT everyone has email or if they do they may not want to give it out. He then asked me to sign a box on his phone. I asked what it was. He said I agree that the estimate would be emailed but in my case mailed to me. All I saw on the screen was a blank box. I refused to sign something where I could not first read what I was signing. I will never do business with Precision and I will spread the word that they are unreliable (over an hour late from the latest time the appointment was for) and they want you to blindly sign documents.

I was looking for a company to do garage door repairs and I found precision after I search Google. I was impressed by the other reviews that I read so I calmed and set an appointment for May 7, 2022 between 2 and 4 PM. when the appointment time came and I had not heard from anyone I called the office at 4:50 PM. I spoke to a young man because I wanted to verify that the appointment was not canceled or changed, he confirmed that the appointment was not cancelled and he would reach out to the technician and I was asked to hold. when he returned the phone he said he did not get an answer from the technician after calling twice so he left a message and that he was probably tied up on the previous job but he would get back in touch with me. Well I did not hear back from ANYONE from this company. I was not given the option of “other”on this rating because I had no services performed and I was very disappointed. Repair door is the service I was requesting.
